The Blue Cottage is located atop beautiful, historic Lookout Mountain. It comfortably accomodates 2 people. The cottage is within walking distance of the Lookout Mountain Flight Park (hang gliding), and within an easy 7-8 mile drive to Rock City, Point Park and Ruby Falls. Cloudland Canyon State Park is just down the road and offers wonderful hiking trails and waterfalls. Pets are allowed. Prior approval is required. A pet fee is charged. Emmyllie Court is a peaceful community, less than 3 miles from OCI, Lee University, the Cleveland Greenway and most stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The upstairs king and queen suites boast private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Bedroom 3 with 2 twins is on the main floor as well as the half bath and laundry room. Get up with the birds and enjoy complimentary coffee on the back patio or cozy up in the reading nook. A fully stocked kitchen will supply breakfast and basics for a great meal.

Located on the edge of Tracy City, a wonderful place for hiking trails, rock climbing and peaceful natural waterfalls. Only fifteen miles away from the Bluegrass underground. Less than one mile to Firey Gizzard Trail and six miles to Foster Falls and Denny cove. Great for a quiet getaway. Nice deck on the back, cute porch on front. Comes with a gas grill out back, Fire pit and large yard to relax in. If needing a ride to a concert at the Caverns please ask us about our rides availability.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

This is a complete glamping experience! Think tiny house. This 12x12 tree house is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a table for two, lounger and chair, wifi, Roku TV with Angel Studios, Great American Pure Flix, Prime, air conditioning, board games, books, comfy queen bed, air conditions, gas log, coffee, greenhouse bathhouse, and fire pit. And an outdoor movie theater. NEW: RV / tent space for additional guests with electricity (additional fee) and only used by your group.
