Gary and Kay were so nice! Their place is perfectly tucked away and is such a peaceful getaway. They are so responsive and welcoming hosts. The room is very clean and they are so accommodating. I would recommend anyone stay here if you need a nice peaceful spot with wonderful hosts.

Charming, cozy and clean place to rest your head. Clean and super soft bedding and I slept beautifully on one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve had. Cute decor - I absolutely love the above bed wall decor piece. Room stayed cool, nice perfect size patio with plenty of sitting room. Felt safe and very private. Showers are important to me and theirs was CLEAN and the water pressure, divine. Nicely stocked with coffee (decaf too!), and teas. The cleanliness did it for me. Thank you Sarah and Kirk.

The pictures were spot-on to the location, it's wonderfully cozy and quite nice to have everything at your fingertips without feeling crowded like a comparably sized hotel. The vining plants on the porch and the small garden beds right out front were a pleasant cherry on top, and we provide plenty of wonderful shade for when the summer sun started poking its head out! The whole area was spotlessly clean, and there was more than enough kitchenware and toiletries provided for our weekend getaway. Adrianne was a very responsive host, and we will absolutely be looking to book this location again in the future when we return to Chico!

Kasia really has a nice setup here, several outbuildings behind a beautifully renovated 1904 house, with Airbnbs in each. I chose a cozy studio with a view of the house and the shared gardens. The kitchenette is basic but capable of supporting simple meals, which is all I needed. Kasia was very responsive and solved a minor issue quickly. Off street parking was very convenient. Downtown is easily walkable. Nice stay.

Perfect weekend stay close to Phantom falls. It’s immersed in nature and such a cute cottage.

The Carriage house was a clean and stocked with everything you would need. It was near all the downtown restaurants, the Saturday Farmer's Market and the University.

This is a well designed and very functional space with really everything you need to be comfortable. We loved the location right next to Bidwell Park, where we could go for morning walks. The tree canopy in Chico is spectacular, and this neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to downtown and a couple of popular cafes. Lori is very responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

3 nights. The Bungalow reminded me of growing up in the 60’s as a kid. Large house, full kitchen, two bedrooms and lots of space. Great place to work or relax.

Everything about Sara’s place was at or above expectations. It is always appreciated when a host provides a coffee maker and coffee to use in the morning. The only thing that might be an issue for some people is the lack of walk ability.

You can't beat the location! It was so nice being able to walk to the farmers market and restaurants downtown.

This place is a dream Airbnb. Small, quaint, friendly, warm. Couldn’t ask for more respectful and kind hosts. Always helpful. Such a relaxed setting.

Another wonderful stay at Greg and Eva’s bungalow for our daughter’s Chico State graduation! They are the nicest hosts! This has always been our go to place to stay when in Chico to see our daughter. We’ll miss our trips to Chico and the bungalow.

Shelley and Alex are the perfect hosts. They have set up a beautiful studio with everything anyone could need. The place is nice, private and clean. Close to everything in Chico. I highly recommend staying in this wonderful studio. Charming Chico carriage house will always be my choice when I am in Chico. I appreciate the kindness that Shelley and Alex gave to me and my dad.

Only recommendation is to take ear plugs as the shared master BR wall to next door neighbor allowed a little TV noise to be heard. Not too bad tho. AC worked well and was much appreciated. Thanks, Kevin

Molly's place is just as described and even better. It is sparkling clean, smells great and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything was amazing! Located in a private and beautiful setting in the canyon next to a creek. Didn't have any issues finding the place or driving on a well maintained gravel. Impressed by quality of water from their well. Enjoyed sitting on a porch and listening to the creek and birds. The place is nicely renovated, very clean, has a full kitchen, and comes with a comfortable bed. Thank you!

Gail was an amazing host! She was responsive and helpful, willing to flex on our requests to accommodate my family members who stayed with her when they had to flee the Park fire. They found her place exceptionally clean and pest-free. Thanks Gail!

Annie’s place was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. Annie thoughtfully offered to set up the futon bed in the living room so we had two separate full size beds. The kitchen is large and was well-stocked with every kind of implement we could need. There were many sweet details, such as fresh flowers and handmade soap. I will definitely stay at Annie’s next time I visit Chico.
