Before booking this villa, I was honestly hesitant because the most recent review was just one star. I couldn’t understand why someone would rate it so low, but I decided to take the chance and I’m beyond happy that I did! This place is absolutely stunning, and I genuinely can’t imagine finding a better spot for a getaway. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful surroundings. It’s located in such a serene area, away from all the noise and chaos, making it perfect for relaxation. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking effortless, and the rooftop patio was just amazing! Sitting up there, enjoying the breeze and the beautiful view, was an experience in itself. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a great place to chill and party with friends, this villa is hands down the best choice. I’m already planning my next stay! I must mention about the host, helping & kind ,requested him an hour extra hour and he actually allowed me two . highly recommend!!

Beautiful property.. just the food needs a bit of bump up

The house was in quiet location with some playgrounds for kids, a lot of small restaurants in walkable distance, big shopping malls nearby. Generally house is well built, spacious and overall clean. Nice and convenient kitchen. Convenient and spacious parking, helpful housekeeper with friendly attitude. We enjoyed staying there.

The villa is amazing for a getaway. Property is extremely well maintained. Caretakers were extremely helpful. The hosts responded to all our queries very efficiently. Will definitely recommend. Keep up the good job guys!

This property was fantastic! The view from the villa was absolutely gorgeous, and the lake near it was accessible to us. Our pet dog had a great time too. The food was good, and there was no disturbance from the caretakers or neighbouring villas. The pool was clean, and the aesthetics of the house were well-done. I definitely recommend this place, and I’m especially impressed that it’s a pet-friendly property.

I hosted my bachelor party here with family and friends, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Adnan’s property was exactly as advertised — spacious, clean rooms each with their own bathrooms, which made everyone’s stay super comfortable. The pool was fairly big and perfect for relaxing and having fun, and the open spaces around the property gave us plenty of room to socialize and enjoy ourselves. The ambiance was peaceful and private, making it the ideal setting for our celebration. Adnan was also a great host — responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place for any group gathering or special occasion!

We had an amazing time at Villa Athithi! The place was even better than expected — the vibe when you enter is just different. The villa was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. We especially loved the BBQ setup, and the surrounding community felt super premium and peaceful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy with friends or family. Would definitely love to come back!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in nandi hills. Waren viel unterwegs und nachmittags am Pool. Es ist ein sehr großzügiges Haus mit einem sehr gepflegten aussenbereich mit zwei schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Ausblick auf Nandi Hills von dem Balkon ist atemberaubend. Die umliegenden Dörfer sind authentisch und man kann einen Tempel besuchen. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden.
