You can walk straight out onto your own patio and relax in the pretty garden

The Annexe is a unique and stylish self-contained unit over two floors. High spec accommodation including a kitchen-diner-lounge, TV & wet room on the ground floor & king size bed, desk, TV and spin bike located upstairs. Well appointed on a private leafy lane 3 miles from Winchester. Picturesque walks are right on the doorstep and it is an ideal ‘escape’ to explore historic Winchester and enjoy the lovely Hampshire countryside on the edge of the South Downs and River Itchen. Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Chestnut Cottage Studio is an Annex to Chestnut Cottage, a thatched property in the centre of the picturesque village of Wherwell, located between Winchester, Stockbridge and Andover in Hampshire. Chestnut Cottage Studio is fitted out to a high standard; it has its own entrance, off street parking for one car and includes a small patio at the back accessible through French doors, down a few steps from the main living space. There are beautiful walks nearby and wild swimming opportunities.

Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Linen, towels, toiletries, wifi and welcome pack included. Off-road parking for 1 car, other cars by arrangement. Unsuitable for young children or people with mobility challenges.

A delightful detached two storey property in the grounds of Whitethorn cottage, in the picturesque village of Crawley near the historic city of Winchester. Secluded and quiet with pleasant garden views. Nicely furnished to a high standard throughout. Crawley is a beautiful classic English village with an excellent gastro pub, within easy walking distance. We will be available to offer help and advice on the many places to visit in the local area.

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!
