This home is located directly on the golf course inside the gate at Rumbling Bald Resort at Lake Lure, which is listed by National Geographic as one of the “Top 10 most beautiful man-made lakes in the world.” Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the star-filled mountain night skies from the balconies of this home. The resort is centered around Lake Lure, Bald Mountain Lake, and two championship Golf Digest 4-star rated golf courses. Passes to the resort *and a kayak* are included with this rental.

While Hurricane Helene shifted the landscape of our sweet village, we are seeing significant progress each day in the town's rebuild, shops and restaurants are now open. The cabin has no damage.

Sophie's cabin is tucked away in the forest of the gated Riverbend Community. It is a quiet retreat ideally suited for a couple looking to unplug and be in nature. It's both spacious and cozy with a private bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There is a large private deck behind the cabin with a dining set, gas grill, and 2 lounge chairs. A large Ingles grocery store and several restaurants are open nearby. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.
