Fantastic place to stay! It was easy to find, had plenty of parking, and very comfortable and spacious. It was spotless and the beds were very soft. Great location - very short walk to the beach and lots of food options nearby.

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

This place was overly exceptional, beautiful I loved everything about this place it was a little pricey but the comfortability was worth the cost I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who my visit Ocean City it’s right on coastal Highway every convenient to a lot of different places restaurants, shops, amusement parks, water, parks, etc if your looking for a place to stay go head and push that pay button Amy also has some other nice rental places that i viewed on her account also stunning. Thanks Amy again for the lovely stay.

We stayed at Sandy Toes over Easter 2025 weekend. The accommodations were clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us plus 1 dog. The location is steps from the ocean. It is located on a side street, which made it a quiet stay. There was lots to do in walking distance... restaurants, ice cream, shopping, bars, and mini golf. I highly recommend staying here and planning on a return trip!

This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for visiting Chincoteague Island. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores - even the local library. The view of the water from the window and porch is wonderful - be sure to sit outside and watch the sunset. The beds are comfortable, and we slept well. This is on a main road so if you are looking for a totally secluded or quiet street, this might not be for you. At night, we sometimes heard cars or voices on the road. (Didn't bother us though.) The recommendation for Daisey's Island Cruise was a highlight of the trip. We recommend the 6-person boat tour with Sea Cowboy Aiden. We got so close to the wild ponies but not close enough to disturb them. The host was very responsive to us. I highly recommend.

Our 2nd time renting this unit. Love the location and the unit is spacious, updated, clean and easy access. Will book again.

Casey was very fast to respond to any questions we had. The apt was better than the pics! Linens and towels were very nice. The apt was VERY well stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything. Bathrooms were very clean, bedrooms were nice, good living space. Just make sure to park in the correct parking lot or on the street. We would definitely come back to this place again next year.

We unfortunately had to postpone our stay but we are so grateful that the host helped us reschedule. Looking forward to booking in the future!

Sharee’s place was a dream. We bought our dogs and infant son and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. There were clean towels and linens in every room, the kitchen was fully stocked (which was important to us because we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days), and bathrooms were spotless. Beds and all furniture were extremely comfortable and sturdy. We traveled to Ocean City and Rehobeth and both locations were really close. It was always nice to come back to a peaceful neighborhood and home. Neighbors were also really friendly, so that’s a plus! We’ll be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

Mallard Lakes is one of our favorite vacation destinations. Mary’s unit was so great, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again with her.

Great location at Chincoteague! Very clean, and amenities in this home are great! Kitchen is fully-stocked with all the basic necessities to be able to make home-cooked meals, even on vacation. My 5-yr old appreciated the toys and books available. My husband appreciated the milk steamer on the coffee machine. I appreciated the indoor wood shutters on the windows. Chip and Courtney is also very proactive and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again when visiting Chincoteague in the future.

We enjoyed our one-night stay very much. The cabin is located along a quiet country road, 15 minutes from downtown Salisbury, surrounded by a farm with chickens and a friendly goat. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed (and then some), and was decorated with a lot of care and love. We’d stay here again.

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

We had an amazing stay at The Hudson House. Immediately after walking in, I felt right at home. The house was big, but so cozy. This was my first Airbnb but definitely won’t be my last. Allen was always very quick to respond to my messages. He also had a very friendly tone to his messages. I have family in Salisbury. This will be my go to place, if available, each time I visit Salisbury.

This place will make you feel right at home in a safe neighborhood! We came down to go boating and there is a boat launch minutes away. Also restaurants and grocerie stories only about 10 minutes away. Easy to check in and very comfortable!

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

I enjoyed staying at this location. The view once you enter the condo is fantastic. Access to the beach and to other ocean city restaurants are great very walkable or very very short drive . The building is undergoing some kind of construction so when you walk into the building it’s clearly being worked on and is a bit dusty but once you get in the condo everything melts away. The condo also comes with some beach chairs and umbrellas.

I’ve stayed in Annette’s place for two years in a row during Ocean City Bike Week. Her place is the perfect location, affordable, and she’s an awesome host! We’ll be back again for year 3 next year!

The location was perfect, and we slept like babies every night. The kids felt right at home and absolutely loved the pool. A fantastic stay for the whole family!

Jake was a great host. His communication was timely and proactive. His place was clean, quiet, and offered everything you’d need to be comfortable. Definitely recommend for couples, families, or even a friend’s stay. We will definitely stay at Jake’s place again!

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at Seawatch for many years so we’re already familiar with the great location. The condo was exactly as described and was a great place for our family. Would definitely book again.

The place was beautiful. I would love to come back with my family. If I ever got the chance it looked exactly like the pictures. I wish it wasn’t raining so we could’ve did everything that we came to do, but we went when it was raining so the things we did to do was fine. I will recommend men this place to my friends very beautiful.
