Thanks James! We had a lovely stay at the Goat Shed, everything was pristine and very comfortable. James’ directions, advice and speediness of response was great. No hesitation in recommending and we’d definitely consider booking again.

A perfect place for an overnight catchup between two couples - halfway between Somerset and Lincolnshire! Lesley was a great host - quick to respond, helpful and friendly, and The Annexe was immaculate. It was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as eggs and milk in the fridge, and it was great to have access to a couple of outdoor spaces for Rupert the Labrador to stretch his legs. We could have stayed for much longer (thank you for doing one-night stays though, Lesley!) and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at The Lodge! It was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Sue and Kevin were wonderful hosts - so welcoming and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and the breakfast basket had the best brownies in the world! They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to charging our electric car, which made things so much easier for us. We really appreciated their hospitality and would love to come back one day. Highly recommend!

Super Freundliche Familie, wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sehr ruhige und idyllischen Gegend. Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben sogar die Lämmer mit Flaschen gefüttert. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen und freuen uns schon drauf.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed the setting snd loved the land that our dogs were allowed to explore. Would highly recommend for family with dogs

Absolutely loved this place. The view out over the fields, the footpath from the door down to the river, the super comfortable bed, neat little kitchen area and thoughtful design. The village is pretty, a few minutes walk to the friendly local shop, several pubs and the beautiful, ancient, Dorchester Abbey. Great for visiting Oxford and the surrounding area.

Wow! this place is just amazing. The attention to detail is above and beyond expectations. That extra mile that Gabriella and Phil goes makes you instantly feel both at home and excited, to be somewhere fresh and new. What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

Another great stay with friends and the kids. Beautiful cottage and an amazing location, literally 10 seconds walk to the local pub! Huge amount of space and the kitchen and dining area is perfect for a social weekend. We will be back and can’t thank the hosts enough

A peaceful countryside stay with amazing views and lovely animals — the horses and llamas made it extra special! The house was cozy and clean, and the Jerry was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely return

This is a very well equipped, comfortable, well appointed house, and scrupulously clean. Sean very kindly provided breakfast materials for us and was an extremely pleasant and responsive host. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Painswick.

the stable block was beautifully decorated throughout. and very clean. Very peaceful location yet in easy access of Stratford upon Avon, leamington and warick. Bill was very helpful and friendly but gave us privacy too, the accomodation being close to the main house.

Located in. beautiful village, I was very happy with the apartment. It matched the description and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Absolute lovely 4 days stay at the cottage! Great customer experience, cosy and elegant decoration, blooming garden, nice attention with products already available in the kitchen ( fresh milk, beers..) and grocery at hand if needed. Rooms, towels, bath products, all in high quality and quantity. Dyson hairdryer in the room, Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Great wifi. Heater made us warm in less than an hour. 2 keys to ease our team handling in and out. Handy Parking place at 20 meters. I recommend The eagle tavern for the divine food and the breakfast at the closest bakery in Ashbury( 4 km). Fiona was pro active and reactive and her kind support has been really appreciated all along our stay. Many very good advises and recommendations to target the right meal places and villages ranking! Do not hesitate to book the place : it’s a british heaven!

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Nigel and Emma were lovely hosts. Great communication and respectful of space. The space itself is very tastefully done and provided everything I needed plus nice touches of breakfast and nibbles items. The location is perfect to explore this beautiful town. I recommend this stay and the hosts very highly.

Beautiful remote place close to the city! The host was absolutely brilliant. We made truly special memories since it was rented for our wedding which was close in Navigation Inn! The view is so peaceful & the apartment is luxurious. It will stay in my heart!

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. I cannot recommend enough and Pam and Paul are the perfect hosts. Thank you both x ❤️

We had a lovely time in this fabulous place. Very quiet spot and super location for a walk to Bath, Saltford or Keynsham. Not far to the bus or train if your legs have done enough walking

We had a lovely stay in the courtyard. We happened to visit Cheltenham on a gorgeous weekend. We enjoyed the courtyard, and found the kitchen extremely well equipped. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated and there were lots of little extras such as pillow spray that made us stand out. Sally was fabulous with her response to messages, the checkin was easy and smooth and the recommendations of restaurants were fabulous (so thank you!) Unfortunately my partner is allergic to feather pillows so our sleep wasn’t great - but that is no reflection on the host and the accommodation! We’d 100% be back and will just bring our own.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment. So clean, fresh and modern. It has everything you need and more. The bed was comfortable and I had the best night sleep. Its in the perfect location if you want to walk the Malvern Hills, literally across the road which we did one day. There is a pub less than 2 minutes away from the apartment which serves some delicious classic pub food. Malvern is 10 mins in the car but we walked to the train station one day, across the hills which took about 50 mins and caught the train to Worcester for a day out which was also so easy. The hosts were great start to finish and answered all my questions. Could not fault anything. Can’t wait to return!
