숙소가 깔끔하고 건물이 신축이였습니다. 근처에 놀거리도 보도로 다니기 괜찮았습니다. 또한 건물 입구에 보안요원분이 항시 상주중이라서 치안에도 걱정되지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙소였고, 추후 파타야에 또 온다면 재방문할 의향이 있습니다.

Great quiet room near many amenities. Plenty of things to see and do within walking distance. Jonathan was a great host and helped me book taxi’s for airport transfers. Always responsive and helpful!

اتردد كثيرا على باتايا وغالبا اسكن unixx يبقى مسكن بيتر هو الافضل لدي اوصي بشده وخصوصا المضيف السيد بيتر لن تجد افضل من يتفهم ويتعاون ويحاول أرضا ضيوفه بشتى السبل

I definitely will book with Jason again. He has a great unit close to everything. It is a fairly new refurbed unit, which tasteful furnishings. The added safety, non-slip tiles were a standout throughout the unit. Don’t often get these in Thailand that i have had in a unit. He was very helpful with arrival and departure. And contacted me to make sure i was settled in :) Again; I would not hesitate to recommend him and his unit, and will definitely book again on my return :)

I enjoyed my stay here. We were a group of three…my wife, 15 year old daughter, and myself. I think if one more it would be a little cramped. I loved the pool outside our door and the sitting area. Overall experience was great. Definitely need a vehicle to fully enjoy all Mae Phim has to offer but can rent a motorcycle with side car if you don’t arrive by car. Would definitely recommend to others…especially for the price.

Aishah’S place really felt like somewhere that a lot of time could be spent despite only staying for one night. The place was Very comfortable, has everything needed to feel like home and Aishah was really responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

I had a great stay, places is a little dated and in need of remodel. But it’s very big and cozy and I had a wonderful time here. Especially for the price it was well worth it, I extended my stay and the host was very accommodating. 5 stars

Cuando visitas una nueva ciudad, suele haber miedo de elegir un alojamiento lejos del "centro" que ves en internet. Pensé que este lugar estaba lejos del centro de Pattaya, pero descubrí que tiene una ubicación excelente. El centro de Pattaya es ruidoso y lleno de fiesta 27/7, pero este apartamento está en Jomtien, una zona tranquila y cómoda. Frente al apartamento hay un mercado de mariscos frescos y económicos, además de dos tiendas de convenencia 24/7, Un restaurante lujoso al lado. El lugar está bien equipado, tiene utensilios de cocina y una máquina de agua potable en el primer piso. La piscina es enorme, tiene vista al mar y es perfecta para fotos. Siva siempre respondió rápido y estuvo disponible para ayudar. También destaco al portero nocturno, quien fue amable y atento. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. Es ideal para estancias de 1 a 6 meses (según estándares tailandeses). ¡Recomendado!

The host Khun Pirasa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We arrived quite late but they waited us and helped us with check-in process. The property has pool access, was clean, fully furnished, and well-maintained. Wifi connection is stable too. The location is excellent—conveniently close to the bus station, grocery stores, and a 7-Eleven, with taxis and public transportation easily available right outside. The price was truly worth it, and we would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in a few units at the edge and this was the best so far. The apartment was perfect and the only thing that can be annoying is how busy the elevators can get at peak times

Everything was amazing! great apartment. rooftop pool is just top, location is gorgeous. The only downside is there was no hot water, it was barely warm, but nevertheless it did not spoil the impression

The location is super central – restaurants, cafés, and nightlife are all within walking distance. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was friendly and efficient. Perfect for anyone who wants to stay in style and be right in the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt in Noor's Condo sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft entspricht allen Anforderungen und liegt super zentral. Auch an zusätzliche Haushaltsmittel, Snacks und Wasser wurde gedacht. Mikhail is a perfect host very helpful, understanding and friendly enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is clean and in a perfect location. Gym and pool facilities are very good too! I would definitely recommend.
