All I can say is the stay was amazing, very peaceful society, very spacious property and our host Johnny sent day wise itinerary proactively during the stay. Truly enjoyed the stay and Songkan.

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

We all have a good time in the villa. It's clean and tidy. The swimming pool with a slide is good to swim with children. so much fun. And there are a lot of kitchen utensils, we can cook meals and prepare breakfast there. Every room is clean too.We spent really wonderful time there with our friends. I will recommend this villa to my friends.

Whole team took care of our stay, all communicating well with each other and nobody missing a beat. Even got support when taxi tried to rip me off. Pool cleaned daily and cleaning services offered as well. Plan on using them when coming back. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

Hehe was a gret host. Very responsible, welcoming and friendly. Catered to all our requirements such as local cab hire. The villa is fantastic with an amazing pool table and very clean.

Great and new place for spending weekend with family and friends. Along is always active to response our questions. Great value!!

A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.
