Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

Really lovely home, very short stroll to the village centre which has some great restaurants and shops. Our 16 month old really appreciated playing with the wide variety of children’s books and toys and on the children’s slide & swing in the garden. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The house looks just like the pictures and had plenty of space for all of us. The location is great for getting into central Manchester, and Jordan and Tate were responsive and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom, but this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so we were prepared. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

We stayed for Manchester marathon. Great location, easy to find, off street parking, clean and comfy. Great communication and recommendations on logistics. Would recommend and stay again.

Was visiting area for friends birthday in Poynton..perfect location for us and as described. Easy to find. Nice pubs and restaurants in the area Patrick answered messages quickly and was flexible on check in and check out. Def stay again when in the area

Felt like a home away from home. Beautiful house in a lovely suburb of Manchester. Lisa was fantastic as a host, always responsive and great for local recommendations. Welcome basket was a really lovely touch.

There was everything we needed to feel at home. A second bathroom which was very helpful considering the number of guests. The host provided all relevant information that was useful to our stay.

Soy was super helpful and communicative before our stay. Check in instructions were really clear and the place was great, perfectly located for visiting Manchester and felt very private for somewhere so central.

A perfect stay for Manchester. Great interior. Has everything needed. Great location. Love the interior design. Loved the models for an extra bit of fun as well. Good to play with but not too much in the way. Will be staying again.

A beautiful spacious flat in a unique location. The flat is cosy and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely linens and towels.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

A lovely stay in a great place with a kind host! The walk up the hill in the evening to watch the sunset was fab. And there were little lambs. Very quiet location and property exactly as described, nicer than the pictures. Thanks for the stay!
