Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Travel Themed Studio- private entrance

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Close to Idaho State University, hospital, and has easy access to interstate. This studio has a separate, private, entrance and is easy to come and go with tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. There is also a full kitchen, bath, and washer/dryer. We look forward to hosting you! Safe travels!

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This is a two story townhome. The living room, kitchen, and half bathroom are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. There is a patio with a barbecue grill and a grassy common area. There is a small playground on the property with nice parks nearby.
