Stay during 2nd Raya smpi 4th Raya. Walaupun rumah di kawasan Gated & Guarded, tapi check in process agak mudah. Rumah bersih, dan katil utk master dan 2nd bedroom mmg selesa dan sgt empuk. Semua tido dgn lena sekali. 3rd bedroom kami xpakai. Semua bilik ada aircond - yg ni yang paling penting. Living hall ada kipas siling, dan portable kipas kt dining hall. Overall, puashati dgn rumah dan kena dgn harga. Maybe utk improvement, boleh cuba add on water heater (maybe sedikit costly sbb xde existing power socket dlm bathroom) & juga microwave oven (utk memudahkan kami memanaskan makanan2 yg kami beli. Lagi satu, maybe boleh add extension cable sbb semua power socket berada pada ketinggian 1.4m dari paras lantai, utk memudahkan guest charge gadget2 diorg.

Great place to have a staycation with family. Walkable to Watsons, restaurants. Quiet and peaceful surrounding as it's near to royal residence.

Clean place and a small garden at the side. Porch can accommodate 2 cars comfortably. 8 of us stayed for 2 nights, comfortable beds. Feel safe as the house is near the guardhouse. Hosts provided us with drinks and water ☺️ and gave recommendations to local eateries.

Nice place. Calm and quiet with ample parking space. The only downside is that there's no card access for the gate—you have to scan at the guard post every time you enter. Maybe host will make it better. Other than that, everything was great.

Pei Yuan's place has truly become a home away from home for my family. The house is modestly sized but it does not feel cramped even when fully occupied. We have a wheelchair user and nearly all areas are accessible, which is a big plus. Plenty of essential amenities within walking distance: very well stocked mini marts, 24 hour clinic, various food options. Pei Yuan and her co-hosts are always responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

It's a perfect place to stay in. All amenities in pictures are real and functioning. Lots of entertainments. A bit noisy at night but it'll quite down as time pass. Will stay here again for sure.

Mr. Lee is such a kind and responsive host. The homestay was very comfortable, neat, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the house had all the facilities we needed to feel at home. My family really enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuantan. The location is super convenient, close to petrol stations and tourist spots like Teluk Cempedak. Thank you, Mr. Lee, for your wonderful hospitality and making our stay so pleasant!

Great host, very responsive and flexible

CpHomestay is a very comfy homestay. The house is very clean , big car patio to park your car. I love the 2 bathroom with shower and it’s good if u have a big group staying so u don’t need to fight for the bathroom. Big laundry area with a washing machine. The air cons are very powerful sufficient to cool the room on a hot weather and the bed is comfy and I had a very good rest there. Mr Tan the host is very proactive and responsive with messages and also friendly. He also gave a few local recommendations and I tried the restaurant he recommended and indeed it was good. I would recommend any potential guests to decide on this homestay as I felt right at home though u r away from home.!
