An entire apartment only 8 minutes away from San Marco square with a private water gate and a STUNNING VIEW ! Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.

L’entrata è condivisa con il gestore dell’appartamento, ma del tutto separato. In condivisione resta solo l’entrata principale e la zona lavanderia. La cucina è abitabile, mentre nella stanza principale si trova un letto matrimoniale ed un piccolo salotto.
