We LOVED our stay here! The home is fabulous, so many spacious rooms to explore, each one decorated in a great way. The outdoor space is amazing, and was such a highlight of our stay, from the stunning countryside views, the lush pool, the immaculate sauna out building (a hot tub on the balcony or outside would be a cherry on top of a delicious cake). We also loved that the house was so well stocked in the kitchen and cupboards throughout the house, which made it easier and more enjoyable to just chill at the house. Everyone said that they're beds were super comfy too. The neighbours were very welcoming and helpful too, it was a lovely start to our stay meeting Les! It was easy to communicate with the host, and they messaged us 24 hours before check out to let us know we could check out later which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here with a big group, plenty of space for everyone with a fab social dining table. Diolch yn fawr

We absolutely loved our stay at Abbey Dore. The house was spacious, brilliant kitchen and dining room area with two lovely living rooms. It had everything we needed, and we absolutely loved the swimming pool and gym. Bedrooms were lovely and beds were comfy. Emma and Daniel were so responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful surroundings, Gwatkin Red Cow was a brilliant recommendation- the roast was fab! We loved our stay and would absolutely consider coming back again.

We all loved our stay at the Coach house. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed and the gardens were stunning. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool which was a real treat! We would love to return and stay here again. Highly recommend.

This was the second time I’ve stayed in one of Peter and Doreen’s properties. They are always such wonderful hosts and are very accommodating. We visited Pentrenant Hall as a group of 19; 5 families with children ranging from 2 years old to 5 years old. The venue was perfect for us; the kids loved the bunk rooms and the huge dining room. The grounds are well cared for and provided an exciting and safe place for our children to explore. They particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire pit outside! The adults managed to take advantage of the hot tub a couple of times too which was a lovely treat! And a few competitive games of table football in the games room. Overall a fantastic stay - we are already making plans to return next year!

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

Picked the Lodge for a Bank Holiday break with friends and it didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcomed by Mel who gave us some great local recommendations. House was clean and had all the required amenities. Having the pool for the morning was great fun. Would recommend Small breeds centre if you have young children and Hay on Wye for a wander round

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! Lovely hidden family staycation! Lovely location with loads of parking Easy check-in 13 mins drive to Breacon! Brilliant hot tub with amazing views (Only comment would be Chlorine content was a tad high for anyone with sensitive skin) Kitchen and bathroom were clean and cosy! Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities (Sauce pots and trays were available but no frying pans which is no big deal) Lovely welsh biscuits on arrival! Definitely recommend for a lovely retreat!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

It was a nice experience to stay at this 2bed apartment, if I ever needed a place to stay for a few days I will still pay for this two bed apartment.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

Perfect for a couple and so nice she lets a pet stay. Really convenient for venues in south Birmingham and to motorways. Lovely courtyard garden. It was hot but bedroom fan worked well despite having to keep windows closed due to traffic noise. Great value too. Just a couple of silly things - pot lids? Perhaps it was me but couldn’t fine. And please … a cafeteire (pretty essential)! A great base for a week of physio and local hospital. Made it all so much easier :-)

Terence and his wife were absolute lifesavers when we got let down by our original accommodation and managed to check us in within the hour from the initial inquiry. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and/or stay again!

Really homely house made a weekend visiting family so easy and will definitely be back

The host was great and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. They were very responsive to our messages. I requested that the Kingsize beds be split into singles and everything was done perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were fresh towels for us on every bed. The amenities were perfect for us as a large family and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely brilliant and so much better than having to use several hotel rooms.

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

The place was absolutely stunning! We were a large group of friends staying for a long weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for parking for all the cars and motorbikes. It was in a beautiful location that suited our needs and allowed for both exploring and for staying in and socialising. The host was lovely, giving us loads of clear information and always really quick at responding and really helpfull. The property was spotless and so impressive! Would absolutely recommend and will hopefully return to stay again in the future!

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating 60th birthday with grown up ‘kids’. Accommodation was perfect - spacious kitchen and dinning area, good games room, lovely lounge and nice modern bedrooms. Location was beautiful and peaceful - need a car to get to pubs shops restaurants etc but that was no issue. Weather was helpful being April - sunny and springlike which allowed us to enjoy the gardens and surrounding area.

This was our second time at this property. We love it here. It's a work trip but we find it within walking distance to our favourite pub and an amazingly appointed property

Lovely stay with my family. Great house, spacious, well equipped, great kitchen, comfy seating in lounge, lots of space in the conservatory, comfy beds, good shower and great communication from Angus and the house keeper. Set in a quiet part of Upton but within walking distance to the high street. Great base for visiting our family and visiting the folk festival.

A wonderful stay – we felt at home with our family. Everything was very stylish and spotlessly clean, with all the essentials provided. Great communication with the host. We’re very happy and definitely recommend this place!
