Estancia agradable, la casa cumplía con todo lo que decía, genial para hacer barbacoas y disfrutar de la piscina y con todo tipo de equipamiento para cocinar y dormir.

George and Lisa were excellent hosts who communicated quickly before and during our stay. They are warm and friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations for our stay. We were greeted by lovely welcome goodies which was a real treat. We love Alcudia old town and the roof terrace was a particular highlight with a glimpse of the sea and the lovely old roofs of Alcudia. A good sized apartment for the 4 of us with adequate cooking facilities for our needs.

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Offene und freundliche Menschen. Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Blick. Balkon mit Morgensonne. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch bis nach Pollença und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Wirklich empfehlenswert!!!

Dankjewel voor jullie bezorgdheid bij aankomst en om de accomodatie zo verzorgd aan te bieden. We voelden ons zowel in het huis als in de tuin erg op ons gemak. Het huis had de nodige voorzieningen. Op voorhand vonden we het jammer dat het verblijf nog maar een week ter beschikking was. Achteraf gezien hebben we zeker spijt. De ligging, het uitzicht, de rust, privéparkeerplaats, alles kort bij …. waren een grote meerwaarde voor ons. Ook goede uitvalsbasis voor fietstoerisme hebben we gemerkt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wir wollten unseren spätsommer gerne auf Mallorca, in Strandnähe bei Palma genießen. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Trotz einiger Hotelbalkone war der Außenbereich sehr schön und gemütlich, da der über der Garage gebaut ist. Wir haben uns sehr geborgen, sicher aber trotzdem anwesend gefühlt. Das Haus war makellos sauber! Auch die Ausstattung wie waschmaschiene oder die große Küche ist sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Einkaufsladen ist in 12 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand in 5 Minuten. Auch Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das abendliche Bier ist auch maximal 15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt :). Wir wollen uns ganz herzlich bei dir Aakash bedanken für das super Haus und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen dort Urlaub machen zu dürfen! Beste Grüße aus Norddeutschland Jonas and Friends :)

Marga was an excellent host. Her communications with us were very good. She left us some welcoming food- empanadas, fruit and some wine. The house is lovely with nice terraces and a small pool. Parking nearby was safe and convenient. Petra is ideally situated in the centre of the island so it is easy to visit anywhere. We would definitely recommend Marga and would certainly visit again

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay in Valentina’s house and everything exceeded our expectations! Valentina is a super host and was very helpful in every way. The property is in a great location in a very quiet Road just minutes from all the beautiful restaurants of Pollença. I have to mention the quality of the beds as they were the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! We were blessed with incredible weather which made our stay absolutely perfect. This was our tenth time staying in Pollenca and this property is up there with the best. Thank you Valentina, we will be back if you will have us xx

Unser Aufenthalt bei Miguel war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist top, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Promenade ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche zum wandern auf Mallorca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern.Yadir ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Grill und schöner Aussicht. Da wir uns komplett selbst versorgt haben war uns eine komplett Ausgestattete Küche wichtig.Da war wirklich alles da was man braucht! Salz,Zucker,Öl,Essig und viele Gewürze sind bereits vorhanden. Mein Tipp:Wer in der Nebensaison kommt empfehle ich Hausschuhe mitzubringen.Der Fliesenboden ist recht kalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Danke für die schöne Zeit

Appartement très confortable à deux pas de la plage. Nous y avons passé une nuit, c'était une étape agréable. Emanuela est très réactive et arrangeante.

Die Wohnung war exakt so, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Man erreichte den Ort sehr einfach mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Palma (ca 45 min) und der "eigene" Parkplatz im Innenhof des Appartmentkomplexes war äußerst bequem, obwohl man in der Gegend leicht Parkplätze gefunden hätte. Von Alcúdia aus haben wir die gesamte Insel mittels Auto erkundet - die Lage und die Höhe zur Autobahn und den Schnellstraßen war hierfür sehr praktisch. Der Strand ist wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten (<5) vom Appartement entfernt - wer also gerne schnell und oft zum Strand möchte, ist hier gut bedient.

Wij zijn afgelopen week op vakantie geweest op Mallorca en verbleven in dit appartement. We hebben een dochter van 2. Pluspunten: campingbedje, handdoeken, strandlakens, speelgoed, speelgoed en benodigdheden voor het strand, paar blikjes koud drinken in de koelkast, je kan zelfs bakken op vakantie dus een goed ingerichte keuken, fijn overdekt balkon met lekkere bank waar wij elke avond op gechilled hebben, fijn contact met Laetitia en diegene die de deur opent en wat wij erg fijn vonden met onze dochter is dat de omgeving waar het appartement staat is afgesloten met 2 hekken en een poortdeur dus onze dochter kon nooit zomaar de weg op lopen. Echt een aanrader en wie weet komen we nog eens terug! Eigenlijk geen minpunt te bedenken voor ons.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

It’s difficult to put into words how magical Fornalutx is, as well as this property. Neil and Julie provide the perfect retreat for the soul- great amenities, recommendations, easily accessible to all surroundings, the list goes on. I will recommend their booking a thousand times over. We cannot wait to return!!

Byt je prostorný, skvěle vybavený, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Vše bylo čisté, uklizené. Dostatek ručníků pro všechny hosty a dokonce i ručníky na pláž! Pro děti hračky na pláž, také slunečník a lehátka. Klidná lokalita blízko pláže, zároveň pár minut na ulici plnou obchodů, barů a restaurací. Bel okamžitě reaguje na zprávy. Určitě se vrátíme!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage mit sehr netten Nachbarn Der Ausbilck vom Balkon ist unfassbar schön - perfekt zum frühstücken. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Large apartment with great terrace and well-stock kitchen. The view on the mountains was beautiful, setting peaceful, and of all my travels, I rarely encountered such a convenient kitchen with everything needed for a day or two. The check in time is rather late especially in conjunction with check out time (4 pm to check in and 10 am to check out). But the convenience of the place, along with tranquility and comfort far outweighed shortcomings.

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco
