We were very happy with how nice the place was everything was clean and very well kept. The shower was a treat and the bed was very cozy. The photos did not show the wonderful views we had from the fourth floor apartment, and the only detractor was the stair climb I'm sure I wouldn't have minded if my wife's knee wasn't bad (she had me carrying the luggage.) The area around the building was bustling with beautiful young people enjoying the city, and it felt safe to walk around. The food within walking distance was amazing and getting around town was easy when we went to a baseball game. We enjoyed Cincinnati far more because our host provided an environment we would never have experienced at a hotel. She is not charging enough for this gem I promise you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Cute place in a cute neighborhood! Sarah was responsive and helpful. We appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like the hamper and extra towels. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and Washington Park was just a few minutes’ walk away, which our dogs loved!

Shane’s place is wonderful. It’s so beautifully decorated with artworks and interesting items, and so well equipped with amenities. The kitchen is great and being in the back of the building makes for a nice quiet space. The off-street parking is also a real plus. Shane is a a proactive and responsive host. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location for a quick visit to University of Cincinnati and downtown.

Addie was an awesome host. She was very proactive and responsive within her communication. She provided us with a list of local restaurants/activities to check out which we appreciated. The airbnb is in a great location and within walking distance to everything you’d want to do. If I ever came back to Cincy I’d definitely stay here again. 5/5⭐️

The apartment was sparkling clean and had so many wonderful amenities. Comfortable beds, extra towels/blankets, toiletries, condiments, coffee/snacks, foil/storage bags, coasters, fans etc. The place is very well-stocked and has a homey feel with lovely decor. There was even a coupon for a free breakfast at the downstairs coffee shop! Communication was a breeze and we were able to adjust checkout time to meet our needs. Location is convenient and walkable to Mariemont shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We couldn't be happier with our experience staying in Kathleen's unit. Prior to check in, she sent check in & parking instructions that made our arrival a breeze - we were able to park just down the street all weekend for free with no issues. The space is well decorated and was equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Additionally, we were pleased to see that the entrance was in a courtyard behind a locked gate, as it made the property feel very safe & secure. The unit is in walking distance to many fantastic bars, restaurants, and parks - we walked almost everywhere the entire weekend which was fantastic. Kathleen also allowed us to extend our checkout time which was much appreciated. We would 100% recommend this unit and hope to come back!

This is me and my hubby’s second time staying at this location within the last 3 months and we love all of the swanky ness and vibes this place has to offer. The Brewery within walking distance that has amazing food is a great bonus. I had one small hiccup this last time, the code that was provided to get into the building did not work, but I ran into someone I knew that just so happens to work with the company and it was the easiest fix. I wd def recommend and we will def be back!
