Great place for our family ski vacation. Plenty of bedrooms to accomodate 3+ familes and their gear. Lots of good recreational options, indoor and out. Love the pool table, table top tennis. Plenty of parking. Easy drive to Lawrenceburg. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Dawn!

Had a very brief stay here for a wedding nearby and had everything we needed! (Especially appreciated all the real wine glasses!) Would definitely love to stay again in warmer weather to take advantage of all the fun outdoor amenities!

Beautiful home exactly as pictured. The outdoor space is absolutely incredible and the home is clean and well furnished. Kortni is an amazing, responsive, and kind host. We always love staying at her properties and will definitely be back to this one!

The place was very clean and the hosts very easy to communicate with and helpful. We had no issues with our stay, and the duplex was perfect for a girls weekend that included 20 women. It was a quick drive to downtown or Covington, plenty of parking, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. It was cute inside and the kitchens were fully furnished and functional. Great stay!! A couple things that weren't ideal, but also not the hosts' fault, and didn't really impact our stay: We didn't realize when we were booking that there is a highway between the duplex's back patio and the river, so you definitely have some road noise if you're hanging out outside. Also, the downstairs bedrooms don't have doors, so if you have a big noisy group, it's tough for anyone sleeping down there to go to bed early or sleep late.

This was a very nice house, it was very welcoming and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would say the only thing it was missing was a full body mirror lol other than that 10 out of 10

Above & Beyond !!! The best location and the home was so beautiful! Did everything to accommodate us in every way! Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. One of the best air bnbs I’ve been to!!!!

A group of us stayed here the night before a conference at the Truist Arena. This was a great location for that with the perfect amount of space for our group. Highly recommend!

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

Total of 6 of us adults stayed a few nights during the week. Train didn’t bother any of us although while sitting outside I will say we all jumped at the first train horn we heard! Stairs to the upper level and basement were kind of steep as expected but the older adults with us really never had to leave the first floor. Everything was exactly as described and Jessica reached out to us many times before and during our stay to make sure everything was well communicated. The cottage is very well stocked with everything from paper towel to spices to sandwich bags to hand soap and shampoo/conditioner which is so nice when visiting for only a couple days and wanting to make meals in rather than go out. House was very clean with comfy beds and cute furnishings. Jessica even left a full binder of easy to find information on check in/out and the local area attractions and restaurants which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Chateau was a wonderful host and this place was everything I expected. Very spacious and the mattresses were a 10 out of 10!

Jill's place was a lovely experience from start to finish. The house was easily accessible and clean on arrival, with plenty of space and a charming atmosphere. Jill was also very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in or around the Oxford area.

Our family's experience at Nick's place was really amazing. We have a young family of 7, so the spacious property was a perfect fit. Nick's place was free of clutter, and the overall design was supported the luxurious simplicity. Our 5 kids could not wait for the game room and movie theater. Mission accomplished. Nick even allowed us an earlier check in that the listing indicated, and when we arrived they had orchestrated an Easter egg hunt for the kids. We were like, "what?!?!". The kids spent the first 30 minutes sprinting from wall to wall trying to find eggs 😂. Thanks Nick!

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

The place was really amazing and had all the amenities and luxuries required . Had a great time with family and friends. Quiet surroundings , peaceful place . Kitchen was really very amazing and organized. Bathrooms were clean and spacious . Host was really responsive and instructed us very well . The best part was the great outdoor backyard with a BBQ set up and all. The speaker was a plus point for the perfect Karaoke night . Overall my experience of the stay was really worthy.
