Excellent layout both inside and outside. Great location and neighbourhood. Very quiet and peaceful. House well furnished. Had a great time.

We enjoyed staying with family to visit my brother who lives close by. The house was comfortable and was perfect for having a nice dinner, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials! We are sad we had to leave early to escape getting caught by the hurricane but we would definitely visit again! Hendrick is an attentive host and was amazing at answering any questions we had about our stay!

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

Excellent house. I come to the area once a year to visit family, has been one of the better experiences. House well decorated and cozy. Made plenty use of the heated pool. Chris was ready to help out thru whole process. Would definitely book again.

We came in from Canada for our son’s wedding and were exhausted. We were after hours but were able To grab the keys easily. The house was fantastic! So clean! Chris was very responsive with any questions we had! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The jacuzzi was the only disappointment as we could not turn on the jets and my husband didn’t find the pool quite warm enough for him but did get him and was fine once he got used to it. But it could have been a tad warmer. The cooler evenings didn’t help I’m sure. But I highly recommend this house and renting from Chris as a host! 10/10!

Spacious, well stocked house. We enjoyed the pool almost everyday of our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to find. Would recommend!

For nature lovers, ornithologist, fishermen…..this location is amazing. We kayaked and saw so many manatees in all the coves. The view is absolutely stunning! The downstairs smells very musty. This house is perfect for sleeping 3-4 guests. We really loved our stay!

My husband and I were in need of a quick getaway. We found Donna's place and knew this was exactly what we were looking for. It was in close proximity of Rainbow Springs (where we wanted to visit) and was pet friendly. The house was clean (all hardwood/tile flooring), spacious (open floor plan), nicely decorated, furniture in great condition & comfortable, fenced in yard for the pups, on the river, and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the quiet evenings out back on the deck & in the screened in porch and the pups loved exploring the yard. We cooked breakfast & lunch at the home and explored the town for dinner. We did not get to use the kayaks or bikes but loved that they were available. Donna answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my dates. I would definitely book this home again and recommend to others! Thank you!

Marni is a Super Host! Very responsive and helpful. You can tell the home is extremely well kept and has all the amenities you need. This is our favorite place in Homosassa to stay and working with Marni is incredible. Any issue she has been on it and takes great care of the guest! Love the house and boat access and the ice maker at the dock is very convenient! We have seven in our group and fish all week and coming back to stay here is like being at home. Highly recommend if you are planning on using the water way. Very convenient access to places to explore around Homosassa.

Frans place is awesome, super clean and beautiful area. Would love to come again and highly recommend.

The pictures don’t do justice for how cozy and peaceful this hidden gem is, and Blackwater Restaurant being within walking distance is a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

This house has huge rooms and is in a quiet nice neighborhood. The outdoor decks for fishing and boating are the best part weather lounging or fishing. Lots of mullet jumping and 2 dolphin came thru feeding. Alligators big and small in the water but no threat this house is up high above the water nestled in big oaks. No Tv in bedroom only improvement noted. Would definitely stay again

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tradewinds Homosassa on the river during the July 4th weekend! This place exceeded all my expectations in every way. The location is breathtaking, with stunning river views that provided a serene and relaxing backdrop for our holiday. One of the standout features was the docking availability. It was incredibly convenient to have our watercraft right there, ready for spontaneous trips on the water. The friendly people we encountered made the experience even more enjoyable, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious enough to comfortably host our family and friends for dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, and the grill was a great addition for our outdoor cooking sessions. We had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together in this picturesque setting. I highly recommend Tradewinds Homosassa.

Beyond satisfied with our stay. We booked this house as a group, 3 couples & kids. The house was very spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone. The host was extremely polite, resourceful, and very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. The boat ramp & docks were perfect for each 3 24’ boats we had. The only suggestion I have is better parking for trucks/boat trailers. We all had a spot but it was a tight fit. Other than that, 0 complaints and would definitely stay here again!

The home was in a great location in Crystal River and on a quiet neighborhood street. The host was very responsive when I had questions and even brought us some fresh chicken eggs one morning. Our 4 kids loved the pool and were excited that they had a TV in their rooms since they don’t have TVs in their rooms at home. There was a lot to do locally so we weren’t hanging out at the house much, but when we were there, it was comfortable and nice. When we return to Crystal River, we will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

What an Amazing trip supported by a phenomenal host, Chris. Chris is attentive to every detail. I have booked again for November and looking to do so again for next summer. Thank you Chris for making all of our experiences, memorable s ones.

Me and my wife found it very peaceful and relaxing you can see views of the River from just about anywhere in the house sitting on the back dock looking at the fish swimming by and her son kayaking around the river none of us wanted to leave wish we had more time

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

Lovely clean comfortable home. The pool is huge, clean and amazing. In the morning birds sing to wake you up. Our favorite thing was watching the antics of the sand hill cranes which are everywhere. The town of Inverness had an amazing park where you can walk boardwalks and see alligators. The hosts are kind and helpful but also respect your privacy. I would definitely go there again.
