Included in your stay is your very own private garden, complete with hot tub & summerhouse to relax in. The property also has private parking plus a secret woodland hideaway. Within walking distance is both Sharsted Wood and Doddington Place Gardens which are great for exploring, plus our local pubs - The Black Lion and The Chequers Inn which are perfect for a spot of lunch or a dinner reservation.

Unique, cosy & beautifully beamed 16C cottage with Multi Fuel fire Central heating. Approx 15 min drive to Dover & Channel Tunnel & 5-10 min to Canterbury. Large dog secure garden, fully equipped kitchen for those that like to cook. Also features an Ice Bath / Plunge Tub complete with complimentary Epsom Salts which are also available for hot bath indoors if required. Fire-pit and outside dining furniture. Great for an escape to the countryside, pet friendly so bring along the family pet.

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Spacious Shepherd's hut with a view from your bed of the Wye Crown in a designated AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty). Our location offers a mix of rural and town experiences, at the foot of the North Downs and the Pilgrim's Way for fantastic walks and cycle rides. One mile from the thriving village of Wye with pubs, great restaurants and shops for essentials. Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Delightfully & individually decorated, it is one of a kind. Inside it is snug & romantic. Perfect for little breaks, peacefully isolated but still close to Canterbury and beaches. Walk in nearby woods, the local valleys or even (if very energetic) to the pub, it is the perfect couples' break.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This property is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Woods and our local award winning Gastro pub, The Dove. We are only a 10 minute drive into Whitstable & Faversham & an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic city of Canterbury. Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.

Probably the most magical bus in the UK, it is anything but ordinary. Inspired by Harry Potter and the Orient Express x Roll top bath with TV in the master bedroom, video gaming area in the drivers seat, wet room, formal dining area that converts to lounge and TV snug. Also a First Class waiting room outside for extra space for group activities! Fantastic views of the countyside and river, log burner, central heating, she is set up for use all year around - magical!

The Calf Shed at Broxhall Farm

Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. There is ample space for car parking outside.

Located a couple of minutes walk from the new Kearsney Abbey wedding venue! Woodman’s Cottage is a 10 minute drive from Dover Castle and the beach. Perfect location for a trip over to France with the ferry a 10 minute drive and the Eurotunnel/le shuttle a 15 minute drive.
