It is a five minute drive from the historic village of Haworth and is a perfect location for visiting the Brontë parsonage where the Brontë sisters lived and the moors which inspired their writing, the Yorkshire Dales, Ilkley and Saltaire. There is Netflix and a smart TV in the bedroom and living room.

The Old Stables - Private, cosy & quiet home.

The Old Stables is a self-contained unit in a private courtyard detached from the main house in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire. Tadcaster is a lovely old brewery town, 10 miles S. West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. There is a frequent and reliable bus service into York and Leeds located a stones throw from the property. Free parking available.

Approximately 15 min walk to Holmfirth's cafés, bars and live music venue, with off-road parking adjacent. The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.

Private Self Contained Annexe in North Yorkshire

This private annexe at Gowlands Farm House is located just off the A59, 8 miles from York and 14 miles from Harrogate, it makes an ideal base for visiting the nearby towns, cities and countryside that North Yorkshire has to offer. York Park and Ride is located 5 miles away. The North York Moors and Coast, together with the Dales, are accessible as an alternative day out. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to enjoy.

Local attractions include Leeds city centre, Royal Armouries, Harewood House and grounds, Temple Newsam, Roundhay park. The area is excellent for mountain biking, road cycling, walking. Sporting venues include Headingly, Bramham. We have 3 friendly border collies.

Situated in the beautiful Pennines with all the amenities of the village of Marsden, great views and privacy. The Scullery is attached to our family home and we are tucked away in a very quiet and private spot yet only 300 metres from the centre of Marsden and just 650 metres to the train station.
