The village is very quiet and peaceful with lovely local walks. The Cottage is 2 miles from Knaresborough, 5 miles from Harrogate and 20 miles from York, all of which have excellent restaurants and shops. The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.

The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to enjoy.
