Great home, great hosts. Great stocked kitchen, very clean throughout. Spacious, beautiful rooms with individual bathrooms was an awesome feature. Made for a great weekend, would love to go back!

Highly recommend. We stayed for a SXS trip, and it was about a 15-minute SXS ride from the house to the RRB campground. No trailering required which is exactly what we were looking for. Super cute home and close to many things. If you do stay here, I highly highly recommend visiting "Little Egypt". It's within walking distance from the house and breathtaking.

We absolutely loved this house. Perfect for large families. Lots of great spaces inside and outside. I have never seen as many dishes as this place has!! You definitely won't run out. The beds were comfortable (and I don't say that often). We annually go to an Airbnb with the whole family on Thanksgiving. Everyone agreed, this place was one of their favorites. The owners are nice and very quick to reply to any questions. We all had a great time!!

John was so helpful and accommodating for our college softball team of 23 people. His precise directions and active communication were extremely comforting and offered an easy check in and check out process. The home itself was great and spacious with lots of fun activities to do and the area was so peaceful, would definitely come again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The price and value matches the home. It may be a little dated but it’s clean, inviting, and fairly priced. We were in the area for some SXS riding and the location allowed us to stage at different trailheads throughout the Windrock park each day. The kids enjoyed fishing from the property. Also, TONS of parking. We had 4 full size vehicles, 3 trailers, and 3 SXS’s. Very close to all the restaurants and amenities of Caryville. It was a terrific fit for budget, space, and convenience!

Beautiful condo! It was great for our family of 6. We rented a golf cart, which made it easier to get around. Chris was very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

The place was amazing for our family reunion! Plenty of little “coves” with all kinds of games (ping pong, air hockey, even a little pac man game!). Just peaches over there! There was even a rope swing the kiddos took full advantage of, would love to stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here. House was unique and fit our group's needs perfectly. Our host was very responsive before we actually booked as our group's size was changing. My daughter had fun feeding the donkeys on the property across the street.

A little outdated. Didn’t know it located in a holler up a mountain (from fl had almost had heart going up it the first time). House is on a steep hill so not very toddler friendly else their used to hills. Also located in a dry county and 2 surrounding counties don’t sell alcohol on Sundays. Also a little creepy at night but beautiful during the day. Honestly I’d go back in heartbeat but without my toddler. He didn’t get to play like I thought he would. I was too nervous about him rolling down hill. But niece and nephew (8 & 11) they loved it! There’s a basketball court not even .2 miles like could see it from the backyard. Definitely come with atvs or boat for exploring!! Also seen some of the most beautiful cows 🐮 Overall trip 7 out of 10! (We had higher expectations coming from a tourist attraction town)

Book this house!! Rented the house for a week for our annual family vacation! The house had extremely comfortable beds, had a fully stocked kitchen and a massive refrigerator which was so helpful since we made family dinner every night. We spent most the day on the dock soaking up the rays—paddle boarding and kayaking. We also brought jet skis and it was very nice to have the dock to store them. Tom was awesome at communicating! Would definitely book this place again!!!

We were in town for work but love unique stays so we picked this cabin and the whole experience was great from the stay to the surroundings to the host.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside cabin! The location was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy cozy dinners with a view. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub—soaking in the warm water while overlooking the lake during the day, and rising moon at night, was an unforgettable experience. There was another hot sauna in the basement-cum-garage where the kids could swim. The garage also had several games like table tennis, table soccer, corn hole, five-in-a-row, etc. The cabin is surrounded by hills where we got our exercise climbing up and down. The place is ideal for mountain bikes too. The boat deck that had amenities for grilling, and also had picnic tables. We were 5 families that included children, and everyone liked it. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with great amenities!

Great house and layout with plenty of room for our three families. The interests is super clean and fresh. We were able to use the dock and park Two boats in the slip. Use of the kayaks / hot tub / fire pit was awesome. It’s is close to straight creek marina, and it’s worth noting that the house is located in a cove which is secluded and very calm water! It is about a 15min boat ride out to the main lake thru a no wake zone houseboat community, but once on the lake you can easily get to Jimmys Place or Bubbas Brew.

What a wonderful place for our family to spend Christmas together! We come from AZ, NC & KY so finding a place to converge is important. The space was fantastic for 8 adults and 6 kids under 10. Everything needed and more was supplied. I can imagine it would be an incredible place to stay during the summer with all the lake activities. Thanks so much!!
