This house was beautiful! Everyone is so friendly! If you close the door to the bedroom it can get pretty cold in there! There’s also some pretty white cats that come around the house. Wet food was provided and I fed them everyday! The driveway is a bit rocky, but I drove my Nissan Sentra and it did fine!

The cabin offers spacious accommodations. The area is scenic and peaceful. Feels like you’re deep in the woods and off the beaten path, while only 10 minutes from all amenities and accommodations.

Perfect cabin for our trip to KY! Close to the highway to get to Lexington as well as surrounding areas, lots to do on the property, highly suggest zip lining! Would definitely recommend thanks again!

We loved staying at Spencer's place! It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway and had everything we needed. It was probably the best stocked place we ever stayed in! From utensils, pots and pans, seasonings, to coffee and coffee creamer, it had everything. The big porch overlooking the river with the nice hot tub for those cool fall evenings couldn't have been better. If we had anything to say that wasn't 100%, the shower water doesn't stay hot, every 2-3 minutes it would get cold for 30 seconds and then get hot again. We adjusted once we figured out it might just be that way but we wanted to give people a heads up. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will probably come back the next time we are in town. Thanks for everything!

A wonderful vacation home! Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. We especially enjoyed the billiards table — great fun for evening entertainment. A special thank you to the host — very friendly, responsive, and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with such a responsible and welcoming person. We’ll definitely come back again!

amazing renovated building in downtown Winchester. great restaurants in the same block. loved every detail to attention that the host provided. we cooked Thanksgiving meal there and the kitchen had everything we needed!! highly recommend!!

Clean little Cabin, felt right at home. Hot tub is a nice addition to this place. Responsive host! Best margarita I’ve ever had at the Mexican place right in town. Would definitely stay again. The only downside is that the upstairs loft is only like 3ft tall, had to army crawl around up there lol. Perfect for kids tho.

So, I really don't want to write this but I feel I must. This is THE BEST place to stay in Winchester. I don't want to write this review because more people will fine out about this home away from home and might prevent me from staying here! Can't wait to be back
