Hard to trust Air B&B sometimes, especially after my most recent booking. But I'm glad I found this place. Exactly like the photos and the place was very clean. Host was very responsive, proactive, and helpful. Place was perfect and comfortable, highly recommend.

The house is a 3 minute walk from almost all the shops and restaurants in Yellow Springs. Queen beds, a nice kitchen, and a porch for kicking back are all nice features. A couple of lamps in the livingroom would be nice, but that would be my only criticism of the accommodations.

I paid for 3 nights, and only ended up staying one. Part of me wishes I used all three nights because the spot was amazing. Even though there was a tight squeeze between the toilet and the sink and the shower had so many knobs it took me a bit to figure it out, the room was very cozy and I loved my time there. Joshua is a very responsive and communicative host and I highly recommend this spot to anyone thinking of checking it out!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It's simple, clean and quiet. Kristin is a very responsive host and will promptly address any issues or questions. It's within a fantastic driving distance of WPAFB and not a far drive from either Dayton or Columbus. I would definitely recommend staying with Kristin.

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.
