Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. Our cozy, 1950’s cottage is within steps of UGA’s campus and is perfect for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. It’s only a half a mile walk to Sanford Stadium, which makes it the perfect spot for football season. The home is less than a mile from downtown Athens and a mile from Five Points. Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.
