This is in the BEST location on Lake Greenwood! We are located on the main water and close to Harris landing, Twin rivers, Break on the lake, and the 'sandbar'. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our peaceful porch and watch all the wildlife this lake offers. We would love to have you (NO EVENTS/PARTIES!)

Your home away from home on South Carolina’s hidden gem, Lake Secession. Private wooded drive opens up to phenomenal lake view with shallow water entrance. Great for water sports, swimming, fishing and relaxation. If swimming isn’t for you, many beautiful reasonably priced golf courses are near by. Only 10 miles from Anderson & 36 miles to Clemson Stadium. Pull your boat to the dock or just enjoy some of our non-motorized lake toys. You’ll love it so much you want to come back year after year!

One bedroom cottage in the beautiful and historic Summerville area of Augusta! Located close to the Medical District, the Augusta National, and fantastic dining options in Downtown Augusta. Enjoy the bike, guitar, record player, Bluetooth speakers, 75” tv, ice maker and more. Level 2 EV charger in garage. One outside parking space. There is space for an additional vehicle inside the garage (compact only). This cottage is located behind a separate Airbnb, separated by a large parking pad.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Architect James Fox designed this cantilevered cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Anchors Aweigh

You'll enjoy this small cabin located less than 2 miles from Dreher Island State Recreation Area. The views from the living area and kitchen are breath-taking. You can sit on the dock & watch the sun set or take your boat out just a few hundred yards to watch the sun rise. This location is great for swimming & a dock is available so you can bring your boat. There is also great fishing from the dock and on a boat. This will provide an unforgettable vacation!

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Cozy 2-bedroom cottage with waterfront view

Relax in this peaceful gated retreat located close to the heart of Evans GA. This cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living area, and a laundry room with working washer and dryer. Just outside the master bedroom is a wooden deck with a great view of a beautiful 2-acre pond. Minutes from shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, the Columbia County Library and the Evans Towne Center Park.

Life in the Country @ Sweet's Home Place

Quaint Brick home in the quiet country, surrounded by Georgia red clay, multiple state parks, & plenty of water. This property is easily accessible and about a 30 minute drive from Augusta, GA, 15 mins to Graves Mountain, and 10 mins from Clarks Hill Lake with enough parking for a boat or two. Enjoy a quiet stay as cellular service works, yet is spotty in most cases.
