The house is amazing. We had a group of ladies, 8 of us. It was perfectly comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean.

We have military family there. This was the perfect place to stay for visit! Everything you need is there and excellent price! We enjoyed our stay!!

The place is definitely worth it. I didn’t find it far from downtown, and the area is very quiet and private. I always felt comfortable and at home.

A wonderful house to host our two families. We try to get together a few times a year and it can be tough to find a place with enough bedrooms and space for everyone- that was not a problem at this house! Everyone was happy with their rooms and the common areas. The outside space was amazing! The hot tub and pool were fantastic and watching the birds and turkeys at the feeders out front was a highlight for everyone. The house was just the right distance (about 30 minute car ride) from all the country activities we wanted to experience in Nashville. We had a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city!

This home was absolutely beautiful, and perfectly fit our bachelorette group. The air conditioner wasn’t working upstairs and Cooper was incredibly responsive and had a tech out the same day! There was some ruckus at a neighboring home our first night where we felt unsafe and had to call the authorities and Cooper was so considerate and made sure we were all safe. He checked in multiple times on both concerns. He graciously allowed us to check in early, and checkout was easy breezy! He is incredibly responsive and friendly, and made the hiccups feel less worrisome.

Sean's place was amazing and fit all our needs! 10/10 would definitely stay here again! The home is beautifully decorated and well stocked with any supplies we could've needed during our stay. Sean was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. Beds and sheets were super comfy. The pool was an amazing addition and they made use of every space in the backyard, which gave us great space to enjoy the beautiful weather outside. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others! Thank you, Sean for the amazing stay!

Easy stay and not far from places in Nashville

The unit was beautiful and very convenient for accessing Broadway and 12south which are very popular tourist locations in Nashville. Ms. Dorinda was available and quick to respond during our stay. Would definitely stay here for future trips!

Quit neighborhood. Was not to far from broadway. Would recommend for any one especially a large group.

Kevins home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Very spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook. Our dog loved the big fenced in back yard. Kevin was quick to reapond to the few questions I had. He was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. I highly reccomend!

Beautiful spot - perfect for a group trip! Walking distance to stores for any essentials, and a quick Uber to downtown. The rooftop hotub, and karaoke/pool table were nice options if you want to have a night in. Place has lots of stairs - but that just prepares you for every bar you'll go to downtown. Summer was quick and friendly with any questions or concerns we had! I would definitely stay again!

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the wonderful stay we had at your property. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were visiting my sister, who has been unwell, and having such a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay made our trip all the more meaningful. I was able to prepare meals to bring to her, which was a huge help during this time. Additionally, being close enough to Nashville allowed us to enjoy some of the sights, making it a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. Thank you again for providing such a lovely space. It was exactly what we needed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful home located in the countryside.

This home exceeded our expectations, beautifully decorated, equipped and comfortable. Debbie was available and ready to help us, we added guests at the last minute and she made everything perfect. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and will definitely stay at one of Debbie’s homes again.

Lauren is an exceptional host, quick to respond, and keeps in touch very well. The unit was very clean and maintained and everything is a short uber ride away. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Lauren for accommodating us for my daughter’s 21st birthday!!

We loved our stay at “Taylor’s House” as we called it. It easily accommodated our four couples with plenty of room to socialize in the living room. The location was good, and easy Lyft to anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Ethan was a great host from the time we booked. He was very responsive and supportive of our request. The house was exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was quest and a quick Lyft/Uber ride to broadway and where we wanted to go. We would definitely try to book the next time we go to Nashville.

This house accommodated our four couples nicely. We each had our own room. There’s a nice dining room with a large dining table where we were able to eat our dinners altogether. There’s a nice sitting room just off the kitchen where we were able to congregate in the evening. Since the weather was nice, we were able to sit out on the front porch in the early evening and enjoy the weather. It’s located in a nice area close to places to eat, shop for necessities, and fuel up. I would recommend.
