Great location!! We walked to many fun restaurants and bars. The unit was organized well for the space. The beds were a little firm for us but some may enjoy them. It was an excellent value and our neighbors were quiet. We would love to stay here again if it is available for our next trip to Nashville!

We had a lovely stay in Jane’s space - it’s the perfect size for two and very private. A quiet getaway outside the city. The views are just incredible, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day! Big comfy bed with plenty of pillows, the kitchen was the perfect size for a low maintenance vacation. It had everything you would need for basic prep and reheating food. Shower is HUGE and amazing. The space was very clean and bright and airy. Host was very communicative. Have already shared pics and recommended the space to others, it’s the perfect Nashville getaway - private and quiet outside the city but still very accessible! Thank you Jane!

Very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to almost everything in Nashville but far enough away from the busyness of the city to relax. It was very quiet there and we heard no noise from the neighbors. The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Having 2.5 baths was great to have when everyone was getting dressed.

Great Stay in Nashville We really enjoyed our time at this home! It was super clean, well-stocked with lots of amenities, and in a great location. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It made our trip so easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Clean and cozy. My kids loved the bean bag chair and the movie theater. Family neighborhood in rising area. Kids didn't realize ring camera wasn't normal door bell.... eek. Sorry =( Not very handicap friendly, but didn'texpectit to be.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cowgirl Cottage. Very spacious, decorating was lovely and nothing was overlooked. We especially loved the back deck area. Well shaded with a large table to enjoy meals and the hot tub was a bonus. The neighbourhood had some nice restaurants and was peaceful and walkable. Would definitely recommend! This place is a knockout. Incredible architectural design, very spacious, comfortable beds, and epic view of the Cumberland River (we even watched a barge go by). Would absolutely book it again.

We stayed here for our son’s wedding at Ruskin Cave. Everything from booking to check in to check out was super smooth and easy. Travis gave clear instructions for everything, which made the process perfect. The home was beautiful and clean with peaceful, stunning views of the property around us. Even though a wedding weekend can be quite stressful, our stay was amazingly serene- a calm environment of home away from home amidst the chaos.

Kevins home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Very spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook. Our dog loved the big fenced in back yard. Kevin was quick to reapond to the few questions I had. He was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. I highly reccomend!
