We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Jacksonville, Florida! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. It had everything we needed and more. The location was convenient, and the space felt welcoming and peaceful. What really made the experience exceptional was the host. The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Jacksonville!

We went for a wedding and the house was close to the venue. We loved to have all the rooms on the same floor. No stair or a second floor which was great for my elderly mom. We had everything we needed. John was very nice, friendly and provided great instructions. Thank you John.

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

I ended up staying at Andrews last minute (as the airbnb we originally booked notified us the day of that there was a leak and could no longer host us), and our family could not of made a better decision. This place is a true hidden gem and worth every penny. The pool was well maintained, the area was peacful, the home was spotless (and just as pictured) and the home was well stocked with all or our needs. The host was polite, patient and responsive. We look forward to booking our next trip.

This home was the perfect home to celebrate my daughter 10th birthday. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t need to bother for any extras for anything. We only needed to get the groceries we needed and everything else the home had. The host was so responsive with everything even before we got there. She even accommodated a late check out and we are so grateful for that as we got much needed rest. The kids loved the pool even with them having to clean it out due to the leaves and bugs but they didn’t mind and it was due to the surrounding trees. Overall the house was amazing and we would def book again when in area.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds & pillows..utensils and all kinds of cooking pans,pots measuring stuff..We had big family dinner..Wonderful outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, floaties, beach towels, chairs and lounge area. Grill. One of our favorite AirB&B's ever. Private, Peaceful, great for families..fully stocked bathrooms: shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, towels, washcloths, beach towels, hand towels, games, game room, great porch and even managed to have a great yard as well. No wasted spaces here. No complaints. Washer. Dryer..Pleasant temperature. Nice and cool reprieve from.the Florida heat.Great layout..Tons of storage room, drawers , cabinets. Made a great use of the space. Decorated so cute. Well taken care of. Would love to stay again if we are ever in the area.Relaxing spaces with a large covered porch in the front and such a great outdoor setup. Beyond pleased with our stay here. We cooked large family meals and just really enjoyed our time here.

This home was exactly as described. The front porch was our favorite spot in the evening. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite. Our family of four had plenty of space and felt right at home.

This is the perfect place to get away without being isolated. Peaceful setting with great walking right out the door. Easy to get to anywhere you need to get to in Orange Park. Not far from the beaches. Loved sitting outside by the river. Such a refreshing way to start and end the day. The place is exactly as described.

First, this was the cleanest and best smelling home we have ever rented. Second, it was so much more roomy than it looks and it was truly a homey, comfortable, and welcoming place. Third, the location was wonderful and centrally located to everything we needed! Last, super simple check out instructions. I mean, I think the easiest ever. It was truly a delight to stay here!

We had our family Easter event and the location, home, and lake were the perfect place to have it. We had a great time and made precious memories here. We plan to book another stay in the future.

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y". Beautiful spot at a steal. We were enjoying family and needed additional space close to another location that we had rented and Melinda’s place was a pleasant surprise. Very thoughtfully laid out with great touches that made our family feel at home. We also had an aging parent so the master bath was a hit with her!! The home was spotless and cozy with great amenities! Host was so responsive and proactive. Definitely would rent again.

House was clean and spacious. Annette’s description of the rental was accurate. The rental also provided some essentials. The value of the rental was exceptional. The location was convenient and by local grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Had a great two week stay with our dogs.

We spent a month at Kim’s house to escape the cold and visit family. We absolutely loved sitting in the sun in the back yard, among the beautiful plants and trees. The pool was too cold to swim in, but it was sparkling. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is very natural and there are lots of trees and flowers. We had fabulous weather! Kim was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful safe quiet environment! We literally only heard birds and trains (in the distance). We needed the peace and quiet after a hectic holiday season. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Rina was absolutely a amazing host , always responded if we needed anything, her home is as described, and very peaceful with ducks and turtles to see, fishing was amazing. We stayed there for my husband birthday weekend he absolutely loved it . The fact that there was a tv in every room was accommodating for our guests, it was just a lovely place. I absolutely say if you visiting Jacksonville Rina is the place for you. Thank you Rina we will most definitely visit again if you will have us.

The house was very nice and was as described. It worked out well for the weekend and was not too far from the Gainesville raceway. It is a great place to relax and enjoy quiet time.
