Newly renovated and very nice interior designed and furnished ! Very comfortable

We were so impressed with Jodi’s Cozy Cabin. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in yet. Not only was it cozy with the most beautiful view of Croton Pond, it had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Jodi is a fabulous host and we can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Fantastic location and home! Place had everything we needed and Cathy was a great host that goes above and beyond.

We love this house! Lots of room to spread out, nice decor, furniture and beds. Kitchen os well supplied. Lots of parking space which is a huge plus as we had a family dinner there. Would definitely book again,

The Pear Tree Cottage was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for a few days, and it'd be an ideal cozy getaway for my wife and I when we return. Loved everything about the place, from the furnishings to the amenities to the location. I've booked several of Frederick's places over the last few years, and they've all been great.

This little cottage was great! The inside was so nice and cozy with beautiful surrounding outdoors.

I don't know how I can say much more -- this is our 3rd visit to Lisa's home this year and we loved it -- all three times! My granddaughters always remind me that they want to go back to the "Lake House". They absolutely have the best times here. So, without using a lot of words (you can read more in my past 2 reviews) I'll simply say that Lisa's home is awesome! We look forward to our next visit! Thanks Lisa!

Awesome place, responsive host! Booked very last minute and Josh made it extremely easy. Really loved the layout of the house and the aesthetics. The hot tub and giant bean bag were perfect after a long day of driving.
