Great stay at Julie’s place. Responsive and quick replies throughout. Lots of lovely touches within the accommodation which made us all feel at home (the toybox for our toddler was great!). Would definitely stay again.

The flat was exactly what we needed. It's walkable into Lytham for the shops and restaurants, and there's no noise from the trains. The building did have scaffolding up (which we were told about before we arrived), which made the kitchen and main bedroom very dark. We weren't in the flat much, so it didn't make much difference to our experience. The flat is well described - I just didn't realise until we arrived that the back door into the flat is directly into the 2nd bedroom, where our toddler was going to sleep. It is mentioned in the listing but I missed it so wanted to mention it here. The boiler wasn't working when we arrived but someone came out within half an hour of calling the listed phone number to fix it. Thanks for a lovely stay.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Gorgeous apartment, clean, tidy and comfortable stay. Plenty of parking next to the building. Nice quiet location but still close to the centre. The host was great and always responsive. Thank you would love to come back!

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

This was a repeat visit. The accomodation is very homely. Kitchen is well equipped and nice little touches like tea, coffee and milk were provided. Buses are reliable, for a small village the local shops etc are very good. The only thing missing was the Fleetwood ferry, not running this time of year. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to others.

I have just returned from a 2 night stay in Preston. My friend and I were attending a conference at the University of Lancashire and this place is in the university quarters. Easy self checking, secure parking spot, walking distance from the station. The apartment was spotless, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and a nice touch of welcome goodies! If I am ever in Preston again, this is where I will be staying!

Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

This house was more than a house it was a home to enjoy your break or holiday in. And that was the stand out difference with this property. It felt homely and clean with all your needs catered for plus it introduce us to St. Annes by the Sea with its beaches and facilities without losing its quaint seaside feel. This house had wonderful views of the park to the rear and easy access to shops, restaurants and golden sands. We are not a great family for returning to the same places, but on the way home the question was asked if we would go back and we all said "yes"

A few days away with the family, walkable to the pleasure beach/seafront, nice quiet area. Plenty of space and nice and clean!

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We really enjoyed staying here, specifically for the Blackpool Festival of Running. Great location, parking is very easy with the supplied pass. Spotlessly clean, with very comfortable furniture, and great communication from Nigel with tips on places to eat. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and wonderful view of the sea. Had a great walk to Heysham, which has a lovely welcoming pub. Large flat, big beds. Lots of space.

You won’t be disappointed, it’s a big beautiful house, very clean, big open kitchen/dining/lounge area with easy access to the garden. You will want a house like this after staying here lol

Fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My wife and I found the st Anne's beach apartments a welcome surprise during an extremely wet June. It's located right on the promenade, within easy walking distance of St Anne's. The ground floor unit we stayed in was bright and spacious plus well furnished and clean. Our host left us with a bottle of wine, and some delicious treats (we loved the cake) Well worth a stay, thank you Stuart!

Ray & Sue's place is superb, very well equipped to a high standard. We found everything to be exactly just right for our needs. Would recommend and would definitely love to return again next time.

Wow! Talk about exceeding expectations!!!! This flat was as described, but words fall short of just how beautiful a place this is. Well-appointed and fully kitted out kitchen, squeaky clean rooms, bright and cheery ... I could go on, but don't want to spoil your experience. Yes, we would stay here again. Happily.
