This was the largest house we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the mountain view and proximity to restaurants. Couldn’t find a better place with parking for our trailer.

Derek was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The house was amazing! I rented this home for my husband's 50th birthday and this was the perfect place for it. All 16 of us had plenty of room and no one wanted to leave the house the entire stay! The pizza place right next door was perfect, we got dinners Friday and pizza Saturday and everything was delicious.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The space was clean and very safe for the babies. The area was quaint and peaceful for our weekend getaway.

Great house with lake access right across the street. Will look to stay here again. Had enough space for our group and the outdoor area is massive and shaded.

18 Lake vacation house is a true gem with a breathtakingly beautiful view that inspires the soul! Its million-dollar view from the balcony is awe-inspiring from sunrise to sunset, and even on cloudy days. The house is immaculately clean and well-organized, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of six. Everything we needed during our stay was thoughtfully provided. The convenience of having access to the washing machine and dryer was a wonderful bonus. The neighborhood is a serene oasis, peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbors who made us feel welcome. The hosts respond promptly to our texts and went above and beyond by notifying us when my husband forgot his jacket and offering to ship it to us. We fell deeply in love with this enchanting place and are already looking forward to returning in the summer! Lovely cottage in beautful area. Lots of places to visit nearby. Close to South Hero where we have family. Great restaurants, apple orchards, so much to see! Also just short drive to Burlington and other attractions like Montpilier

Our stay on the property was great. It was close to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and offered many amenities. We traveled through the night and were able to check in early. Which was much appreciated and needed. Overall we had a great time.

This is probably one of the best homes we have stayed at in Airbnb. The pictures do not capture just how wonderful this home and the land it is on. The home is decorated really nicely, very colorful, with lots of nice stain glass. The entire home is very comfortable, including the beds and pillows, and there are many places to sit and relax. There are a lot of kitchen amenities and the home is uncluttered and spotlessly clean. The yard is so nice to spend time in and the hot tub is great. There aren't any pics of it but it is the kind with jets and big enough for 2 adults. My only regret is not staying longer!

This Airbnb is perfect for a couples ski getaway in the winter. The close proximity to Whiteface Mountain is convenient, and the hot tub is great for recovery after a long day of skiing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a couples ski trip.

We had three very nice nights! The apartment was bigger than we anticipated and very well appointed. It’s right on a busy corner, so we heard the snowplows during the night (lots of snow!!), but was otherwise peaceful with the sound of the river. Joe was very flexible with dates when we had to shift because of weather. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This was the perfect snowy getaway we were looking for! The space was even larger then expected, clean, comfortable and very cozy. The views right on the lake were idyllic and we would definitely return here in the summer to take advantage of the water more! The hosts were welcoming and responsive while the space still felt private. Overall this was a peaceful weekend and we would recommend this spot for others to enjoy as well.

This is a fantastic base for exploring the Adirondacks, all amenities close by. Everyone we met was really friendly and helpful, lovely local community. A great place to visit. Kelly was great.

Perfect location if your planning on boating and fishing short drive to town and boat ramp plenty of room for your boat and truck and outside outlet for charging

Staying at LeeAnne’s place was like staying with family. The space was very comfortable and spacious, with lots of room for my partner and I to spread out. The front screened in porch with the views of the valley and Ausable River were a perfect place to have our morning coffee. But the place was extra special because of LeeAnne herself. She was probably the most gracious and accommodating Airbnb host I’ve ever encountered in my many years of using the platform. LeeAnne was extremely flexible and accommodating with our needs and provided us with whatever household items we asked for to make our stay more comfortable, including a window air conditioning unit she put in our bedroom on one particular warm summer evening. Her hospitality and warmth reminded me of my childhood stays with loved aunts and cousins. If you’re looking for a peaceful place for some rest and relaxation, this is it!

Very quaint and peaceful place. Right on Lake Champlain with great views. We will definitely be back!

This was my second stay at Four Pines and I can promise it won't be my last. Everything about the place—the beautiful setting, the quality of the accommodations, the thoughtful and complete attention to detail, the friendliness of the hosts—was perfection. I found myself getting cranky during my last two days and realized the reason was because I knew I had to leave soon. I have already locked-in my dates for a return stay next year. Superlatives don't tell the tale, however—you need to stay here and experience the magic for yourself! You will not regret it. Four Pines is simply the best, and you will always feel right at home. If I could give it five hundred stars—I would.
