Our Tiny Home is a one bedroom with a loft and kitchenette. It has a relaxed and rustic feel. We are in the Clintonville/Worthington area, close to various restaurants and shops, easy access to different parts of town. You can get deep sleep on our comfortable mattress. Keurig coffee maker with well stocked coffee rack. Relax on the sofa while watching your favorite TV shows or read your favorite book in the loft. This is a quiet, comfortable and peaceful place. We are located in between High St. and Indianola Ave., giving you immediate access to Interstate 71 and OH-315. This is the place to stay! Short term or longer, we've got you covered. OSU games and graduation? We're 5 miles away! Transportation issues? We have access to COTA at High, Morse, and Indianola. Going to a game or event at Nationwide or Huntington Park? A close drive to the Short North, Grandview, Ohio State University, Downtown, Easton (in and outdoor mall) and Polaris (IKEA and indoor mall) for shopping trips. No pets allowed due to family allergies. Entire house and contents are pet/smoke free.

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.
