The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

The home comprises of Kitchen/Dining/Living room along with a wetroom/toilet. Upstairs consists of a double bedroom and another with a small double and a shared ensuite The home is situated 1km(on a hill) from Clonakilty town with fabulous views of the town and Clonakilty bay. Guests have access to the patio area but the garden is private. Locations nearby include Inchydoney beach , Michael Collins House ,Smugglers Cove (crazy golf), Horse Riding , swimming pool and cinema.

A secluded retreat by the sea on the wild West Cork coast. The Boathouse is a peaceful hideaway for two, surrounded by rewilding land, wetlands & sea. With the beach just 150 metres from the door. Converted using natural materials, the space is light & open, with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored & salvaged by us, giving it its own individual character.
