Perfect getaway! Homey feel, and very private. Trip to town was quick and easy- loved that host is pet friendly and kind in this aspect. Enjoyed every minute!

Really loved my stay! Heads up - no WiFi and the TVs are cable only. Lots of dead flies on the property, but that’s the fault of the cleaning crew. The hosts were fantastic. Hot tub and views were lovely!

Place was a lot bigger then what the pictures make it seem. Very large kitchen and living room. Family friendly with toys, games, and books for kids. Everything you may need is available. Wide open yard also if you have pets.

This house is beautiful with great views and very spacious and clean! Adriana was a very responsive host and communicated well to all questions. The hot tub was huge! The kitchen was large and well stocked. We loved all the decks and outdoor seating. One thing to know is the house is on a hill so the driveway is steep as is the walk down to the lake. Also, we came in mid-April and the lake level is controlled by the local dam so the water level was low making the dock not usable. We were still able to use the kayaks but had to walk them down further. The lake is large and so pretty. This house is a great location to do fun day trips to local areas. Our favorite was a UTV tour through a mountain in Gatlinburg! We enjoyed out stay at this very nice house!

Very nice home, very cozy. Would recommend if you are on a budget and need a quick vacation to the mountains. They have pets which are very friendly, and will not disturb your stay. The full bathroom was nice. Slept well although the bugs in the lights were kinda sketch, but no other complaints.

Had a wonderful time this weekend and plan to come back. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and a wonderful caretaker of the property. We were treated like family immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay all around. Phil and Ryan - thank you again!

This place is amazing! We weee 2 families staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property is beautiful, I could have hiked there for days. It is about 2 hours away from all sorts of attractions in different directions such as Gatlinburg, Beech mountain and more. The property care taker, Rob was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was a huge success and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Great place to stay! I would recommend having a 4WD to get up the driveway. The cabin was quiet and peaceful, and very private. It’s a great place to get away and disconnect. The nearest full grocery store is approximately 40 minutes away, so stock up before you arrive. I would most definitely stay there again and highly recommend this cabin.

This was the PERFECT SPOT! Close enough to busy areas like Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountains, North Carolina and many other areas, but still very private for when you wanted to sit back and relax in the beautiful surroundings near the cabin or relax in the private hot tub. Tony and Eugene were the perfect hosts. They thought of everything you would want or need and were very thoughtful with extra special touches. They responded quickly to anything we might have had a question about or if we were looking for suggestions on places to see and things to do. We spent 2 weeks here and it felt just like home. We would highly recommend Rabbits Nest to anyone who is going to this area. It's exactly as they describe. Thank you so much Tony & Eugene for sharing this piece of heaven with us!

We had a quick trip just for the weekend and we loved this place. Everything was just like the description. Very easy drive back into Gatlinburg.

John was super nice and super responsive. I asked for recommendations on some restaurants around the area and he gave me a big long list. Any questions I had he answered within minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We were here with three generations and everyone loved it. There was something for everyone. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The swing in the garden was new, which the kids loved. It's a bit out of the way, which is great if Gatlinburg is too much for you (it was for us) We would definitely come again.

Great experience and the overall stay was wonderful and very comfortable! The views from the cottage were stunning. We were even able to do quite a bit of stargazing. Do make sure to drive up in a 4WD or AWD car to navigate the last stretch up to the cottage.

Such a relaxing and private stay! 40 minutes from Gatlinburg, 15 mins from Newport Walmart. 5 mins from Foothills Parkway. Cabin is spotless, bed is comfy, great AC, hot powerful shower water pressure, and we loved the balconies! Most relaxing vacation I ever had!! Great tiki candles, fans, hot hot hot tub and plenty of places to sit & enjoy the outdoors. They are finishing building a larger cabin next door, but still private and beautiful!
