We loved this house for our family! Having the front and back yard with the dock was really nice! It is also a great neighborhood. Shopping and great restaurants close by and not far from the beach! Great location

Wat een prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis, aan alles was gedacht, heel compleet ingericht. We genoten van de tuin, de jacuzzi met uitzicht op het water en de kinderen vonden het zalig om met paddleboards het water op te gaan, er waren zelfs enkele dolfijnen die met hen kwamen meezwemmen. Het huis is exact zoals op de foto’s, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin.

This place was SO SO SO relaxing! From the pool to fishing and easy access to the boat ramp. We loved it for the weekend getaway. AC worked great. Being able to heat the pool to our liking was extra great! Host is so responsive and helpful. We for sure will be back. We didn’t want to leave.

My family had a wonderful time at this home! It was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, and the pool and spa were perfect for relaxing. The living areas and bedrooms provided ample space—we enjoyed the large sectional and large indoor and outdoor tables. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the s’mores basket. And the location was just perfect—exactly what we were hoping for. In just 1/2 block, we could easily and safely cross the street via a crosswalk to get to the beach. The wagon and beach items provided in the garage made it so easy for us to enjoy beach time. The host was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We all talked about how we would love to come back to Cocoa Beach and this exact house again! If I could, I would give this house and our stay more than 5 stars!

good stay. driveway very steep so be cautious if you have a lower vehicle has your bumper will scrape. other than that 10/10 experience

It was easy to find the location, the host was responsive, and the photos of the listing were accurate. The location is walkable and there are excellent restaurants nearby. The stay was a very brief overnight before flying out of MCO on a red eye, just a 20 min Uber ride at 4 AM from the property. My caveat was this Airbnb didn't afford the homey touches or welcoming courtesies that I've found the majority of properties on the platform to include. For example there was a keurig but no coffee pods, laundry machine setup but no detergent, shower gel and body lotion but no shampoo or conditioner. As a minimalist traveler I don't typically carry these things with me and for these reasons I wouldn't personally consider staying at this listing again in future. My stay was adequate, but for the price I expected the extras that even a room at a budget motel would provide.

The apt was clean, well equipped, the bed was bit small (understandably due to the size of the studio :)) but comfortable! The washing machine and dryer are located just outside of the main door. For bbq enthusiasts there is a grill and small fire pit. We didn’t use them, but there are also bikes available. The pier was in front of the property- my favorite place to sit, watch the birds and enjoy a glass of wine. Overall, we had a great time here and Kat was very communicative and was ready to help if needed. Definitely recommend this place :)

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

Very affordable and cozy apartment. Super central and right near the beach. Good walkable food and shopping centers. Cute balcony overlooking the pond. Very close to hotels if meeting with other family in area.

We loved our stay manattee cottage. It is characterful, very comfortable, and well equipped. The lakeside setting is idyllic and we enjoyed fishing and kayaking while encountering dolphins and manatees. It is conveniently located for Melbourne downtown and within 15 mins drive of Melbourne beach, and within 30 mins drive of Cocoa beach. Such a tranquil and lovely stay. Very family friendly. Quiet at nights. My toddler loved the front yard. Has all amenities in kitchen and for beach trips. Easy drive to the beach, Kennedy Space Center, supermarkets, and restaurants. Host is very hospitable. Hope to return again.

Great little bungalow for a 1-2 person stay! Great views of the river, very peaceful surroundings. 10 - 15 min drive from the Beach. Brenda & company provide so many amenities on the premises such as kayaks, boat ride, dock to fish on, etc. If you're a fan of trains, you'll love seeing all the Brightline and FEC freight trains going over the river. You can hear the trains going by at night, but it's not too loud and I don't mind it personally. Brenda was a great host and I'd be happy to stay here again!
