My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

This was our first trip to Sedona and it was amazing, including our stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect, tucked away in a cute neighborhood, with amazing views from the backyard. It’s easy to get into town for groceries or to grab dinner or shop. It’s also conveniently located to several trailheads. The hosts provided clear instructions for how to access the home and everything you’d need to know while staying there. We also had a few questions for them during our stay and they were very quick to respond and help in any way possible. I’d definitely recommend this home for your visit to Sedona.

What a gorgeous Sedona stay! The backyard is one that you never want to leave. But there’s so many iconic landmarks nearby that are well worth the hike. The house is quiet and peaceful and has giant windows with showstopper views. There’s thoughtful things throughout the house, like the snack basket which my kids were thrilled about, lots of family games and a record player for a fun game night. Immaculate kitchen. Good coffee and other essentials within walking distance. Book a reservation ahead of time at Mariposa and get empanadas and drinks on the deck, and take in the stunning views. And if you need anything, the host is very kind and really went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was. Enjoy! I know we did!

Spectacular views, beautiful pool and hot tub, spacious and comfortable home, private and relaxing surroundings - this is an all around wonderful spot! My family and I enjoyed exploring Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon from here. The home was a respite after long hikes and outdoor adventures. Dawn, Jim, and Brayanna could not have been nicer and were the most kind and accommodating hosts with very quick response times whenever I reached out with a question. House was just as pictured, clean, well stocked, and check in and out were easy. We chose to heat the pool during our mid-April visit and it was well worth the money, my boys spent many hours swimming while my husband and I relaxed with a book poolside, all of us enjoying the breathtaking mountains in the distance. This Sedona stay was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. Several beautiful hikes walking distance from home, clean home, responsive host, views from the home are stunning.

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time with the five of us, including 3 teenage kids. The place is very clean and we had sufficient space. We just stayed for one night to move to Bryce as our next stop. In Page we visited Antilope Canyon and Horseshoe bend. Thank you to let us stay in your house!

This was a great home in a nice quiet location. There is a beautiful overlook/view within walking distance of the house. It would be a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at Spencer’s house, it had everything we needed, and catered for all our needs. We will definitely visit again!

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

The location was perfect in Sedona! It’s right off the Main Street in Sedona. We were able to use the Sedona Shuttle system everyday we were there. Picked up and dropped off at the house. Both hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Will stay here again. The listing does say 3 bedrooms which there are but it may be kinda awkward if you are traveling with another couple and that means that you would have to walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom. And if everyone are good friends, then it’s not that big of a deal…

We are here often for work and this is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Makes the guys feel a little like home when we’re on the road. Thanks again!!!!

The house and yard were perfect for my stay with my dogs. Yard is clean and very safe, secure which is important to me. The kitchen has all the amenities; living area very comfortable and open. The neighborhood is quiet yet close and convenient to everything in Payson. Danielle was quickly responsive to my requests and questions. I'll definitely look to return to her place when I return to Payson.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Had a great stay—everything was good and comfortable! One of the highlights was the welcome binder the host provided. It was filled with local activities, things to do in and around Page, and even included hidden trails with photos and helpful notes. It really helped us discover some local gems we might have otherwise missed. The extra effort the host put into that guide truly made our trip more memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area!

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. A great stay!!

Valeria promptly responded to my messages. Her home was lovely! It was comfortable, clean and the perfect space for our visit with our granddaughter. The location was convenient to downtown Flagstaff and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

Really great stay. Host was quick to respond and help out. Place was immaculately clean. We had all of the things we could need - an abundance of towels, cookware, coffee supplies, general kitchen needs. The kids enjoyed a jacuzzi bath one night, beds were comfy, playground was a great perk. Would definitely stay here again.
