Cosy Hobbit House with fire pit, private garden, and stunning countryside views at Sychpwll. This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

The lodge, 3 bedroom cottage

A homely cottage attached to the barns of the main hall , with private parking and your own access. It is a perfect base for hill walking and cycling . The lodge is surrounded by the fabulous Shropshire hills, a mile to the nearest pub yet just 10-15 minute away from the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks if you have a dog that needs a run! Next door is the Nook so why not book there to if you need more room

The Summerhouse sits 250m from Offa's Dyke Path with access to miles of walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid-Wales. It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. Private parking, central heating, 1-2 bedrooms, lounge, large fully equipped kitchen/dining area/family room. Main bedroom upstairs, two single beds in downstairs bedroom.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

The Stable is a self-contained annexe to our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. Located on a private road in a conservation area just a few miles outside the historic town of Shrewsbury. Private entrance & free private parking. You will be surrounded by numerous walking routes and National Cycle Routes, The Shropshire Hills, AONB. The Welsh border is only a few miles away which acts as a gateway to Mid & North Wales. Close to local wedding venues
