No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Suite Dreams

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, “Murphy “bed and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.

Deck with eating area overlooking fire pit & woods. 55" Roku TV that has some of your favorite channels & music. So much located within 1/2 hour. See below. Great area to bring your bike, hiking gear or boat.

Comfortable country cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 45 minutes to three finger lakes, 60 minutes to Rochester, 40 to Corning. Little house with all the basics. Full kitchen, laundry, three full beds, sun room, shower bathroom. Great for a night away or monthly rentals. Dogs are in the yard at times, although the cottage is pet free.
