It is a safe, active neighborhood where you will see people walking dogs, running and pushing prams from sunrise to sunset.

The house offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, 3 additional double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan, equipped kitchen and living area, separate lounge, outdoor swimming pool and braai area in a garden leading directly onto the beach.
