We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Narine’s Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. BEST location and a fabulous property. We parked our car for the entire stay. Walked minutes to restaurants, coffee, shops, to the suspension bridge and hiking trails. The outdoor patio is lovely, the beds comfortable and the home plenty roomy. Sam and Andrejka were super responsive and great hosts. It was the perfect place for our visit to Nevada City!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous home. The beds were all super comfortable, the pond had bass and bluegill that everyone was able to catch and release, and we even saw turtles! One fun thing I noticed is that in the entryway there are these rad hand painted canvass of bass, bluegill, and turtles, and we saw three turtles perched on the log at one point just like in the painting! The little details of this place really were just incredible. The landscaping on the property was gorgeous as well, and the kids spent a lot of time naming all of the plants we could find, including some poison oak which was off the walking path, but super helpful for us to help them identify in the future! The calla lily’s were bloomed and beautiful, and the greenery made it feel so magical. I’m so grateful to have found this place and spent time here, you won’t be disappointed if you do!

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

This is a beautiful place to stay and I would say better than expected. Everything was very clean, the furnishings were beautiful and relaxing... and there was fruit, scones and croissants waiting for us in the kitchen when we arrived. The bed and bedding was very comfortable upstairs with a cute kitchen and dinette downstairs. Bri met us at the door when we arrived to give us the key. My best friend and I travel together and enjoy trying out new places. I highly recommend staying here :)

It's rare that an airbnb is even nicer in person than in the photos, but that was true for Merry's place. My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend getaway and we absolutely loved it. Merry was a wonderful host. She made check in easy (she even gave us early check in without us asking and at no cost), gave us local recommendations, and was very friendly. Her place is beautiful, and it's clear she's put a lot of thought in it and takes pride in it. We immediately felt at home, and enjoyed the wonderful views (it's a 5 minute walk to downtown Nevada City, but the airbnb is on the second floor and you look out the windows and see lots of trees so it feels like you're in the forest). We will definitely stay again.

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. We loved our stay at this fantastic Air BnB! I see why Cynthia and Bill have so many perfect reviews because this is a perfect spot for a peaceful stay. Immaculately clean, lots of amenities, so comfy and beautiful decor. There are great labels and directions so there is no confusion from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Bill and Cynthia are responsive, interesting, helpful and so much fun to chat with. I hope we can return one day!

Very new, very comfortable, close to everything you need, beautiful neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little loud at times but if you just shut the window it blocks out all of the outside noise. The town has a noise ordinance at night but they need one in the morning ! Kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast and have coffee and tea. John is a great host and made it very easy for use to enjoy the beauty and rich history of Nevada city. Cheers !

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

I had a great stay at the airbnb. Matt is very friendly and helpful. I would be very happy to stay this airbnb again.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed in the same unit (H). We are very familiar with the area, having previously owned a home just a few miles away. The unit is very convenient to Apple Hill and downtown Placerville, with a variety of stores and restaurants, minutes away. Though convenient to the freeway, unrelenting traffic noise can puta dent in the otherwise very peaceful surroundings. More so during summer months when windows or door may be open for fresh air, or relaxing on the small balcony with a glass of wine. Maybe other units (A, B, C, and D) being a little further away may be a little quieter but the covered parking with units E- H more than compensate IMO. Much nicer to get into a cool car, especially during hot summer days. The condo itself is equipped with everything you may need for kitchen use but I find the couches and seating could be more comfortable. The TV programming is via apps, which is okay but I used my iPad for up to the minute news.
