The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

Excellent stay. Well equipped, responsive hosts, so comfortable. Loved the pool area, kitchen and dining area, master bed and bath - excellent. Would highly recommend!

House set up was perfect for our family. Great space inside and outside for all of us to gather. House was nicely stocked with many extras- towels, kitchen utensils, cooking spices and coffee bar etc. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We would book again! Jeff was great to communicate with me throughout the process.

There’s really nothing else to say other than this was a perfect vacation. Our hosts were a big part of the reason why. They provided a beautiful, clean and accommodating home. Everything we needed was right there. They literally thought of everything. We were sad to leave.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Great stay! The Heaven House is clean, comfortable and has plenty to do. The golf cart, pool table, darts and games kept everyone entertained. Community pool was a nice addition!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. What a delight to arrive for our Easter vacation and be greeted by a chocolate bearing Easter Gnome and Easter Bunny when we entered the Seahorse Cottage. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 6 as we came to Naples to see our 5 week old granddaughter (and daughter and son-in-law). The two seating areas, living/dining/kitchen and lanai, allowed us all to sit and visit together whether inside or outside. The heated pool provided hours of enjoyment for our 11 year old daughter and the rest of us were refreshed by the salt water piscina throughout the visit. The location is excellent for peaceful early morning coffee on the screened patio listening to the variety of birds. Proximity to the beach made it easy to take in those special Naples sunsets and make use of the 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The beds were comfortable, appliances all new and everything worked well. Ivana is an exceptional host, who responds quickly to every inquiry. I would not hesitate to rent from her again

Very welcoming neighborhood. Amazing neighbors. Amazing host. Beautiful house. Lots of toys and things for kids to play with in the pool and at the beach. Close to lots of food places. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

This place was immaculate!! Beautiful home and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was full of everything you might need. Loads of beach equipment for you to use, too. The two living areas are great if you have several people—-TV in one and games, etc. in the other. The pool was fabulous and a great place to relax after a day of shelling in the sun. Five stars across the board!!

House was as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. Our family had a very relaxing vacation enjoying all the house’s amenities, especially the pool and the bikes. Space was very clean and well equipped to meet our needs.

Een erg fijne plek. De plek was goed schoon en opgeruimd en voelde direct al heel erg huiselijk en warm. Je hebt ruimte en rust, maar tegelijkertijd genoeg leuke plekken op prima rijafstand. Julia en Mark waren erg vriendelijk, maar gaven ons ook alle ruimte. Dit alles maakte dat wij een erg fijne tijd hebben gehad in het huisje en de omgeving.

Kimberly’s home in Bonita Springs was perfect for us. It’s clean, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a beautifully warm pool. We were very comfortable and happy there. There was some construction noise but the lanai area was still very relaxing and quiet most of the time. There were a couple of dead bugs in the main living when we arrived but we didn’t have any issues with live bugs. The internet was fast and had great coverage throughout the house. We loved the big communal space - kitchen + dining room + family room all connected was awesome. Overall - great home base in Bonita Springs!

Het is een unieke b&b op een prachtige plek. Veel buitenruimte, veel groen, een fijn bed en een heel hartelijke ontvangst door Jake. Malinka heeft ervoor gezorgd dat het ons aan niks ontbrak. Het was geweldig!
