Loved it and we will definitely stay again!!

Went to location as a family get-away. The views were breathtaking, who knew we would find such peace so close to home. Literally sat on the couch and stared outside for hours. The home was small enough to enjoy each other's company but large enough to allow everyone the time and space to do their own thing. The price was more than reasonable and we can't wait to return.

This house is an absolute gem! Beautifully designed, incredibly clean , good quality kitchen ware, great communication, and overall so much character. We loved the spaciousness and the location (very friendly neighbors!) and the back yard was perfect for our puppy. The Blackwater Nature preserve is very close by and is not to be missed. We couldn’t have been happier! I highly recommend this lovely home and will definitely return!

The place was perfect for our stay. Decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Collette was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

Stayed at Karen’s place with family and friends for my daughter’s wedding at Swan point yacht and golf club. It was a great home base close to the venue. Had all the necessities and was very peaceful at night. Loved the screened in porched!

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Our family had a great time at Connie’s! The kids had loads to do in the game room and we all enjoyed the scenic views and relaxing environment. Bathrooms were also super clean. The refrigerator is enormous and was helpful because there aren’t too many food places around so we cooked a lot. Connie was responsive and friendly. We would recommend her place!

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

Great place to stay. Hyrum was quick to respond when I messaged him. Neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to the highway. Would stay here again.

The home and property were peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the spacious, (all weather) sunny enclosed porch. The kitchen and family room were comfy and had everything we needed. We walked the neighborhood with our dogs and the beach was beautiful as well as relaxing. Such a wonderful weekend get away.

This was a great vacation. This place has it all from the pool to the kayaking, fishing, crabbing and the late night fires were we all just sat around the fire and enjoyed the time together. The house was awesome, plenty of room for all. The family had a great time. Definitely would rent this place again.

Our family enjoyed staying at Roxanne’s loft - from the cozy space, amenities, to the close proximity to the O’Gara Training Center which made our daily schedule seamless. Rox was responsive, proactive and quickly addressed any questions we had. Her attentiveness made us feel taken care of throughout the entire trip - thank you!

This is a lovely and friendly home - which is no surprise as it matches my impression of the owners! My family created a spontaneous plan to visit this area and Terri & Bo accommodated us very graciously despite the short notice. Their home is lovely, well-equipped and designed for family fun. It is convenient to all the wonderful activities in the area, in particular the fossil hunting, which was the draw for our crew. Although we found fossil's on our own, Terri's information directed us to a guide who was extremely knowledgable and added a great deal to our experience. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway at any time of year. The area is well-known as a summer destination, but we visited over New Year's and loved exploring the beautiful beaches in the off-season.

This was a great location for being close to things to do in the area; and it also had a large property for our dog to play. Its a basement apartment which can get chilly but there are plenty of extra blankets available. Great place to visit with your pup!

This place was exactly what my partner and I needed to rest and relax and spend quality time. The private beach made us feel like we were on our own resort. The home itself has even more comfort and amenities than you see in the pictures. Beautiful furnishings, clean, full of light. The main bedroom is upstairs and is positioned towards the beach so you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrise without leaving your bed and hear the waves while you sleep. The balcony off the bedroom is another great seating area if you’re looking for quiet time. There is a super comfy couch in the living room which makes it a great place to relax and watch tv or play games. There are some games available at the house. bikes and kayaks. We spent a nice day lounging on the beach chairs and on the porch chairs before making dinner, didn’t need to bring kitchen supplies since most were available. Did bring own spices. Tim was great and all his tips and info pre arrival were super helpful. We’ll definitely return

We were so impressed with the property, amenities and host communications. The house was spotless, comfortable and packed with everything you could think of and MORE! Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, sunscreen, bug spray, books, games, even a karaoke machine!! The hot tub was amazing, with a stunning waterfront background. I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks and private pier. definitely adding this to our list of favorite homes. fabulous host was the cherry on top! We mentioned we were celebrating birthdays and were surprised with wine, chocolate and a note wishing happy birthday.

We loved our stay! Location couldn't be better. Walkable to everything! And a view of the beach from the wonderful front porch, which is where we spent most of our time. The house was perfect - had everything we could need in great condition. And Kathy was an extra super host! From the lead up to our stay, to a family issue that came up during our stay, to our inadvertent abandonment of a critical stuffy, Kathy was there for us, was undetstanding, offered solutions, and was just wonderful. The home couldnt have been more perfect for our family's beach trip. The kids didn't want to leave. We are already talking about when we can try to book next!

We stayed here for 3 nights - family of 3 and a dog. Beautiful house in an amazing setting. Everything we needed was in the house. brand new kayaks, life vests, a grill, a hot griddle, a very nice hot tub, on and on and on. Brian & Clara were super responsive and went above and beyond. There was one minor item that they ran out of (no big deal), but they came over and dropped off late at night, despite me saying its not urgent. Lovely folks! VERY clear instructions on checkout making it easy to follow. You have your own private beach right outside the backyard, a fishing pier to fish or just sit and take in the scenery. Lot of board games to keep you occupied; nice TV; wifi; every single utensil you would need; you will not miss a thing. Thanks Brian & Clara! We will happily return here!
