Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture.
