We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very neat and clean. Debi and Patrick made check in and check out extremely easy. They were great at communicating with us. The cottage is very private and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely want to stay here again if we return to this area.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home has great outdoor spaces including a second level screened in porch..the inside is comfortable with everything you need, and the additional tree house space worked well for our 4th person. We loved the profusion of trees and birds in the yard and neighborhood, and the private parks on the rivers were an awesome benefit. And you can’t get much closer to Ichetucknee and OLeno is very close too. We loved our stay!

I recently stayed at this cozy cabin and had an incredible experience! The place was exactly as described — clean, beautifully decorated, and tucked away in a peaceful, scenic location. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, a super comfortable bed, and even a fire pit outside which made for some amazing evenings under the stars. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and lots of great local recommendations. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh coffee and extra blankets. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I can’t recommend this cabin enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This house is in a great location. Note that you are down river from the public park. We paddled up to the park and it took about 2 hours and then about 40 min to float back to the house. The kayaks were well worn so if you need a lot of frills bring your own. The kids loved the water and saw lots of fish with goggles. The house is very comfy. It doesn’t have central heat and air. We didn’t try the heat but the AC seemed to work good. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and lots of utensils. Having a grill was great also. Plenty of clean towels as well. We would love to go back soon.

I loved every moment of my stay at this peaceful oasis in nature. I had everything I needed to be able to cook and I really enjoyed the outdoor/indoor vibe of the greenhouse lounge area. It's an excellent location for access to many amazing springs. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was magical. A group of 8 of us came together for my 30th birthday and had an absolute blast. The river was gorgeous and we enjoyed hanging on the dock, kayaking and having fires in the fire pit at night. Absolutely beautiful place close to the springs for our Ichetucknee adventure, with plenty of good spots to eat and drink in town. We cooked a couple big meals here and had no issues with anything in the kitchen. Ample seating and space! I recommend bringing your own ice and water, but other than that, everything we needed was available in the house itself! We will remember this trip for years to come and hope to be back soon!
