The Caretaker's Cottage was built in the 1770s by Ruben Merriwether, and sits near the manor house where he and his ancestors lived at Roundabout Hills. Enjoy your stay in this cozy, newly remodeled Tudor home in a historic and architecturally eclectic neighborhood in Catonsville, MD! You’ll be close to everything but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. The home features Four bedrooms, two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, a full basement, and 18ft ceilings on the main level. You will enjoy 65, 42, and 32-inch smart TV's throughout the home. In addition, a private upstairs main suite with King size bed, sofa seating area, and workstation.

Welcome to Remedy Cottage, a place that holds deep sentimental significance for our family. It is a split foyer, two levels with steps leading in each direction from the foyer. It was built in 1978, every inch was renovated in 2022, featuring a brand new kitchen appliances. The interior boasts a modern farmhouse and minimalist design. This location is ideal for visitors to the nation's capital, the NSA, Andrews Air Force Base, and a short driving distance to three major airports in the area.

We welcome you to a spacious and private basement apartment with its own entrance and self check-in. Get cozy with your guests in a space that has a bedroom with a king-size bed, an 85-inch smart TV, soft sectional , private toilet, bathroom and kitchenet, all in the same space. None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

A basement apartment recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, luxurious full bathroom, powder room, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry in the unit, private entrance, private parking (max 2 cars). Host lives upstairs with 1 dog (labradoodle). Everything in the basement is not shared with the host. Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Two-room guest suite with private entrance located in picturesque Catonsville, MD on a pre-Colonial road originally used for rolling tobacco to the harbor. Downtown Baltimore is 20 minutes away, BWI airport and Amtrak station 15 minutes, and our street is located on a bus route. Beautiful 3.5 mile walk to historic Ellicott City and an hour from Washington, D.C. Individuals and families with children are welcome, but the Airbnb member renting the property must be over the age of 25.
