Everything was great! The house is lovely and exactly as pictured. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The instructions were clear, and communication with the host was seamless. Would definitely recommend!

Edie’s place was SPOTLESS! This was an amazing house/ property. I will say I originally judge the place, but it blew me away. We stayed four nights and 100% would stay here again if available. The air was incredible. The only downside is in the day I wanted to use the AC and it didn't work that well so I end up keeping it off and opening up all windows at night it was in the 70s so sleeping with the windows open you got a really good breeze. I never contact Edie to let her know about it so it's not her fault. The peace and the rest that I got was amazing. I also communicated with her quite a few times before even booking and she helped me out a lot immediately responded to every message I sent her and that’s something I really did appreciate. Even though I didn't use the kitchen if I wanted to everything was there that was needed and the welcome gift of snacks was appreciated. Thank you, Edie.

Docktails is where it's at. This amazing dockside retreat is indeed ten steps from the water and affords you every amenity needed to enjoy a fantastic time on or just at the water. We spent a few days on Lake Waccamaw and appreciated what Lake Life had to offer at Docktails. We were greeted by a stocked kitchen, well-appointed features throughout the home, and a community sharing-type approach to hospitality throughout the property. Hosts Lisa and Terra were very responsive to our needs and ensured our stay was pleasant. We will definitely be bringing out tails back to Ducktails next time we visit sweet Lake Waccamaw!!!

This is the second year we've rented this home for our annual fraternity golf trip and we plan on renting it again next year. Lee and Tiffany are fantastic hosts and are always easy to work with and always responsive to any questions I had. The house is clean, comfortable and has plenty of amenities. Four of us stayed here. The beds are very comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water. This year there were 16 guys who came to the outing, and we used this home as the place where we would gather in the evenings to have dinner, to watch The Masters, play cards and "reflect" on the good shots and much more frequently, the bad shots of the day. There was plenty of room to eat and watch TV. If you are planning a trip to the area, I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful cottage ! We had a very nice stay - if you’re looking for a peaceful get away this is the place! Karen was great to communicate with , easy check in and loved the basket of goodies ❤️

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

Mary Ann was the best host and had a great open line of communication, even with a last minute change to accommodate my arrival 12 hours earlier. I will definitely stay again soon!

We really enjoyed Jamie's place at the golf resort! so glad it was available, he was very helpful and responsive when we misunderstood the pool instructions and we were still able to get in no problem in that moment!

Perfect for our visit to family nearby. Very clean which is my first priority. Beds were super comfy. Everything is as pictured. Host was very responsive, proactive and friendly.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our small group! It was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of space to spread out in the unit. The location was super convenient between cities, great restaurants, the beach, and recreation opportunities. A highlight is the back porch that overlooks the golf course. Such a peaceful location! Monica was responsive and helpful every step of the way. An easy 5 out of 5 stars!

Our condo was really nice. Everything was clean. The only problem I had with it was the bacteria that I found in the kitchen on the counter and the cabinets needed a good cleaning on the outside.

I moved into the smaller unit after spending time in the larger unit. It still was very peaceful and had a nice side view of the golf course.

This is the second time I have stayed at his place. He has done some amazing upgrades since. Always available to answer any questions and extremely accommodating. I will be back
