Very nice place, back yard is secluded, house is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The railroad in the back is not very active, only saw one train and if any others went by I had no clue so not a problem at all, hot tub was very clean and ready to go, plenty of utensils and dishes to use, toiletries stocked and plenty on reserve if you run out. Very relaxing place to stay. Even when David was on property we were unaware (besides his vehicle) and he respected our privacy and we remained undisturbed. Like the description states the house has two parts that are separate by a center hall and lockable doors, think of it like a duplex and it makes sense. Hotels aren’t weird so neither is this setup, only weird if you make it weird. I had a brief conversation before checkout and David seems like a stand up guy, would rent again for sure!

This was the second year staying at Nancy’s house and it was as clean and nice as last year. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the house made you feel right at home. The neighborhood is quite and has several restaurants very close by.

Sunny was very responsive and provided clear instructions for my family. The house is lovely and located in a peaceful area of Columbus. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely place!

Wonderful place! Felt like home away from home. Our kids asked if we could move in permanently. We told them we would at least come back! :) Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. Responses were kind and compassionate when conversing about reason for stay(family member with serious health issues) even offering to extend our stay if needed. The house was clean and had plenty of character. We especially appreciated the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, the oversized “movie watching couch” as the kids called it, the artwork, and the cupboard under the stairs. **While it is kid friendly, we would choose to stay here with a group of friends as well. The neighborhood was full of life but not so much that it felt crowded or busy. There is the nicest little grocery store within walking distance with many clean and vegan options which we really appreciate as we have many dietary restrictions. Would definitely recommend. Plan to return.

This place is so clean and cozy and we absolutely loved it. It felt very luxurious for the price with the space, the linens and beds, and the decor. The hot tub was squeaky clean in the backyard and we wished we could have spent more time back there. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay in Columbus!

The place was wonderful! We especially enjoyed the kitchen and the backyard for cooking big family meals and playing with my nephews.

My family and I loved this place, it had everything we needed and more. Would absolutely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if in the Columbus area. We were very comfortable.

Wesley was a good guy to communicate with. House was very nice. Look forward to staying here again
