This place is awesome! Super cute, private (there’s one other unit nearby, but it was empty.) The check in was easy, instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The place itself is beautiful, inside and out. Loved the hot tub and the privacy with it. The location is about a mile from downtown - just don’t expect to walk to the shops. It is a busy road without sidewalks. But still close! They even go the extra mile with preparation, offering to stock groceries or anything else needed. We loved it and would love to stay again some time.

Very cute air bnb! It’s tucked back away from the road so it feels really hidden, but it’s conveniently located from the town. It was the perfect birthday trip!

Beautiful surroundings and great location.

Jennifer and Gregory's cabin was a trip to the past with modern touches that rounded out a great trip. The property was very peaceful and safe, with beautiful touches that were thoughtful for the average guest and unique to the rustic charm of the prohibition era setting. Instructions and local recommendations were clear, accommodating, and great! Along with some nice touches like leaving some dog treats for our furry friend that joined us :) I sincerely appreciated the communication between the hosts and myself, we were able to change the reservation slightly before arriving without any hiccups and I thank them greatly for that! The neighbors were doing construction along the shared fence line, however, we were out and about in town or in nearby Dripping Springs for a wedding for most of our stay, and we recognize that disruptions like that are completely out of the hosts' control. Saw deer on the property, lots of lizards, and beautiful birds! 10/10. Stay here if you can.

David and Athena have done an absolutely amazing job with this place. We came here for our first wedding anniversary, and it exceeded our expectations. David and Athena put thought into every detail, and it shows. Very comfortable, very clean, very peaceful location. David and Athena are also very warm, welcoming hosts. We will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend!

Wow this was such a great lay out and space for the square footage. super clean and in short driving distance to many places (HEB, restaurants and Greune). Neel was super responsive and detailed in the arrival notes. Would stay again for sure!

What a special place! This was our ideal retreat to enjoy the hill country with my family and in-laws. Perfectly located 20 mins from Gruene and Wimberley, and even closer to the lake. But the highlight was the stunning home and surrounding views. Every detail was immaculately designed and well stocked for pool time, grilling, or just hanging on the deck. Only small caution is that it’s not easy to watch tiny toddlers who are curious and like to climb everywhere they shouldn’t. I’d book Gabe & Analise’s place again in a heartbeat.

Our hosts were the best out of all my experiences dealing with air bnb’s! They made our stay easy and were there when we needed them if something came up! I would highly recommend the horse thief inn to any friends and family as well as any of their other places they have to stay in. We hope to come back and visit in our future!

What a cool place. A-FRAME cabin upgraded to feel very homey. As a Michigan football fan, it was hard to deal with some of the UT decor but even that can't get me to say anything bad. HAHAHA. Great communication, easy to work with and allowed us to check in way early. Than you Kevin for everything

What a beautiful vacation away from the busy city life. This bunkhouse was well equipped for relaxation including a beautiful view, lovely plung pool off the deck and a gorgeous bathtub that you could swim in with a rain shower next to it that was just as luxurious. The beds and linen were comfortable. The refrigerator is on the smaller side, what you’d expect with a bunkhouse but it was adorable. The driveway is 1.5 mile hard packed dirt but very well maintained. There is a plethora of wildlife along the way so keep your eyes open! The hosts are responsive and extremely helpful and nice! Will return again when in the area!

We loved our time here! It was the perfect few day pit stop on our travels with our pup. The peaceful setting and adorable space was WELL worth the investment. Carol was kind + communicative!

We enjoyed our stay and the view

My family and I enjoyed this little cabin so much. We weren’t far from alot of activities so that helped. The backyard was perfect for our dog, everything was very clean, the sunroom was my favorite part, and most importantly my kids loved everything. Heather was very responsive and she made the whole experience easy. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends. Thank you so much.

I really like the place. It is beautiful clean and very modern. I do recommend guests to bring your own shampoo and shower gel because theirs are small and hard to squeeze them out. I also recommend the host should get a small stool for small kids to reach the faucet to wash hands. Other than that, I would give 10 stars I could. Thanks a lot!

Wade’s Cabin is the epitome of quiet serenity. The location is epic and is secluded from the outside world, surrounded by trees and nature, yet close to town. There is an awesome nature trail right off the cabin doorstep. Inside there is everything you need. The bed was comfy and the surround sound was a bonus! Can’t wait to return!

We had a great time at Carrie’s place. We had the whole area to ourselves and the view was very nice and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Definitely recommend it to anyone for a quiet, clean place, beautiful scenery and close to town!

Exactly as advertised. Cutest cottage. Bed was comfortable. Deer in the evening was a great treat too. Lots to do in Canyon Lake area. Some great hiking just a couple of miles away. Note: Boat dock is currently closed due to low water levels. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Check out Wimberley (30 min) if the weather is nice. Almost every restaurant has outdoor eating. Make a Reservation!!! Natural Bridge Caverns are (I think) 30-40 mins away from the cabin.

This was perfect for a quick anniversary getaway! I wanted to let the dogs hike around in a private area and be cozy. This was beautiful, cozy, had everything we needed. It was easy to get to and clean and I would absolutely come back. It's also a quick drive to Wimberley for a fun evening!

The cabin was perfection. Very clean and amazing location. We’re looking forward to returning.
