After waking up with an incredible view, move outside to 1 of 5 balconies, including the 3rd floor screened porch with hot tub or to the 6th floor crows-nest 50’ in the air. Are you looking for a couples get-away, adult trip, or a romantic celebration...the unique “nature” of the treehouse will make for a unforgettable experience.

My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! LOL! Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

The Place is close to the airport, parks, the city center, and art and culture. You’ll love it because it is tucked away on 75 acres only a mile from the city limits, The Place has a professional kitchen, beautiful views of oaks, a private pool, a bunk room with six beds, a private double room, a game room, balcony, and swimming pool. This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, or have a fire and roast marshmallows. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.

Cozy Cottage on 7 acres

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.
