In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Bring your own kayaks, SUPs, or rent them nearby. The airport is ten minutes away & the town of Comox is a quick five minute drive. Welcome to the Carver’s Cabin. A beautifully renovated space nestled in the Comox Valley, a quick walk away from Point Holmes beach and boat launch. Take a nice walk, or short drive down to famous Kye Bay beach. Surrounded by old growth trees and wildlife, you can take it all in sitting on the porch or by enjoying a fire in your own fire pit. A getaway fit for 1-2 guests. Cabin backs onto the road but there is a berm for privacy!
